AutoPay Agreement
I hereby authorize Landlord to automatically charge my credit card once per calendar month for all amounts due for the monthly rent on my self-storage account. I understand that this arrangement shall continue until such time that I give Landlord thirty (30) days notice that I elect to terminate this payment arrangement. I understand that I will not receive a monthly bill or statement during the time this agreement is in effect. I hereby ensure that the credit card number I have provided Landlord is correct, and is for a credit card of which I am either the primary, or authorized user. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform Landlord of any changes to my credit card information. I understand that if an automatic monthly payment is rejected by my credit card company for any reason, the penalties for delinquency in my rental agreement shall be invoked. This payment agreement does not change or supersede any of the terms of the rental agreement, and merely provides for an alternate payment arrangement for my convenience. I agree that Landlord can, at its sole discretion, terminate this payment agreement and that this agreement does not alter Landlord’s right to pursue me for any outstanding payments by other lawful methods. While Landlord shall use reasonable care with my credit card information, I agree that Landlord shall not be responsible for any damages incurred to me arising out of this payment agreement, or misuse of my credit card information by third parties.
