StorAmerica Management is a company which specializes in managing self storage properties and mixed use retail locations. StorAmerica is a subsidiary of Guardian Storage Centers, a privately held corporation based in Irvine, California. The company and its affiliates currently own and operate 36 properties located in California and Arizona totaling over 2 million square feet. Property Manager (Resident/Non-Resident)


     *   Perform marketing/promotional activities including off-site meetings with potential referral sources

         (i.e. apartment managers, business owners, etc.) as needed
     *   Oversee adherence to budgeted occupancy, delinquency, revenue, insurance sales, and merchandise sales
     *   Order property supplies as needed
     *   Oversee daily property operations
     *   Conduct monthly competitions surveys
     *   Monitor monthly concessions
     *   Report maintenance issues to District Manager
     *   Monitor vendor visits and services
     *   Provide outstanding customer service at all times
     *   Open and close the office each day in a timely manner
     *   Show and rent spaces
     *   Answer telephone inquiries and provide administrative assistance to tenants
     *   Perform lock checks at least twice each day
     *   Clean hallways and vacated spaces as needed
     *   Control delinquency through phone contact and letters on a scheduled basis
     *   Perform minor maintenance as required on the property
     *   Stock and sell locks and other merchandise
     *   Schedule use of move-in truck for tenants and process paperwork

*Resident Manager position includes on-site apartment and utilities.

        


Assistant Manager


     *   Provide outstanding customer service at all times
     *   Open and close the office each day in a timely manner
     *   Show and rent spaces
     *   Answer telephone inquiries and provide administrative assistance to tenants
     *   Perform lock checks at least twice each day
     *   Clean hallways and vacated spaces as needed
     *   Control delinquency through phone contact and letters on a scheduled basis
     *   Perform minor maintenance as required on the property
