Property Manager (Resident/Non-Resident/)
  • Perform marketing/promotional activities including off-site meetings with potential referral sources (i.e. apartment managers, business owners, etc.) as needed.
  • Oversee adherence to budgeted occupancy, delinquency, revenue, insurance sales, and merchandise sales.
  • Order property supplies as needed.
  • Oversee daily property operations.
  • Conduct monthly competitions surveys.
  • Monitor monthly concessions.
  • Report maintenance issues to District Manager.
  • Monitor vendor visits and services.
  • Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
  • Open and close the office each day in a timely manner.
  • Show and rent spaces.
  • Answer telephone inquiries and provide administrative assistance to tenants.
  • Perform lock checks at least twice each day.
  • Clean hallways and vacated spaces as needed.
  • Control delinquency through phone contact and letters on a scheduled basis.
  • Perform minor maintenance as required on the property.
  • Stock and sell locks and other merchandise.
  • Schedule use of move-in truck for tenants and process paperwork.
*Resident Manager position includes on-site apartment and utilities.
