Maintenance Technician:
  • Repair and replace lights, gates, drywall, paint, plumbing, etc.
  • Sweep hallways as needed.
  • Perform unit conversions as directed by supervisor.
  • Clean vacated spaces and abandoned goods as needed.
  • Clean unit doors regularly.
