Everything went better than I expected that price for a 5 x 5 was great the lady was very nice and answer any questions or concern that I had she went over rules and what not everything went smoothly. Very clean 🧼 just a long walk back to the storage Unit if you don’t have a vehicle 🥵

Awesome management and maintenance team. Great facility easy to pull trailer through with tons of security. No 24hour access.

Remarkable customer service :) the office,the restroom, the property is always tidy, swipe with a white glove. The glove is clean ...this particular storage the employees smile, greet, very detailed in answering questions. Well mannered.

1st time there and seems to be a pretty decent place. Went to help a friend collect all his B.S. employee was very nice and waited there after her shift just to accommodate us.

They were very helpful even though we couldn't arrange a moving truck!

Omg i had the best experince atthis storage facality ! Laurie helped me get right into a storage that fit all myneeds in no time!

I have been with extra space now for a couple of months and I could not be happier. I recently had a mishap with my bank auto bill pay system where they sent 2 checks out to my storage office (8302) and the manager (Laurie) called me and let me know that happened. She saved me from overdrawing this month. If you are looking for storage you can bet Extra Space Storage will have friendly staff looking out for their clients. I give them 2 thumbs up and a big smile.

I have had experience with two other storage facilities in the high desert area and I can promise you hands down that nothing beats the service of Extra Space Storage on Powhatan. I can't say for certain if all of the facilities are as good as this one but the manager, Leah, gets two thumbs way up for her positive attitude, helpful suggestions, and big smile.
