I moved from another storage facility. In which I had a terrible experience . After looking at several storage places we found this one. Heather made me feel comfortable. I can’t thank Heather enough for making this transition so smooth. Heather is friendly and very professional, she was able to work around my schedule to allow me to use the moving truck; which really helped with my busy schedule , to me that was very nice and convenient touch , the units are clean, they have cameras and they are constantly checking who comes in and out. If you want a secure place for you property this is it. Thank you Heather for being so kind and accommodating .

The onsite manager Ya was great, polite and professional. She took us over to the building my storage unit is in and explained how to operate the freight lift. She was extremely patient with us trying to open the entrance gate, the keypad was a bit of a challenge for my friend that was the driver. In his defense by the last load stored and final exit he had it mastered! I will recommend Mary Street Storage to anyone asking about a great place to store their belongings.

Stored some stuff here during my last year of school. It's a good place, not too expensive, and I didn't have a single issue. The manager is great, very friendly. Would store here again if I ever went back to Riverside.

The sign-up process and thorough explanation and answering of our questions was more than most companies can provide now-a-days. We surely appreciate the welcome feeling and easy set-up of our unit. The free truck rental was a total unexpected bonus that will help a lot. Don't be fooled by limited access hours as limited access helps keep your stuff safer, along with their excellent security systems and communal communications. Keep up the great work Heather and thank you again!

Safe place and always helpful

They are very upfront with any fees (if any), to me the only "fee" was having to buy one of their locks which are exclusively needed for the storage units. The premises are secured by gate 24/7 and have motion triggered cameras overseeing every aisle which gives you a peace of mind. Note there is no "after hours" everyone HAS to be out by 9PM no exceptions. Actual units themselves were in good condition, just keep in mind some of the larger units have multiple entry doors which means you may have to buy 2 or sometimes 3 locks from them, in order to lock up one storage unit (10'x15' and higher). Staff was great, they really went out of their way to accommodate my needs and I would ALWAYS recommend to friends and family especially with their willingness to provide a moving truck for move-ins and move-outs! Way more affordable than renting a truck from a 3rd party. Great place for storage A+

I called this place and it was the only storage business in Riverside where a human answered the phone first, they provided me with quick answers, an honest and complete quote, and thoroughly explained everything. The premises are gated and locked and then sell you a lock. They also tell you way ahead of time that this lock price is included in the quote. I hope to god I never have to store stuff again, but if I do, I'm coming back here.

I stored my junk here for about a year. The location is kinda weird, only cuz the freeway. Customer service Rocks!! Security is really good, Coded and recorded gates, motion sensors, and a really good insurance policy: $8 for $2,000 coverage. Always ask for discounts, Family feel to the business. They like military, Fire, and Police.
