The staff here are very responsive and take the time to focus on you and your issue. The only problem with this place is their gate hours. They lock up at 6:45 pm every day, and are closed most holidays. I work late night/early morning and it is difficult to manage those early closing times.

Clean - secure and the rent process went quickly but I did not get the move in rate like my friend who referred me nor does there appear to be any uhauls on site - both as advertised.

Yolanda was very helpful and kind. I’m very hard to understand because I had a stroke and she showed lots of patience. The facilities were clean.

My most recent experience was I needed a larger unit which wasn’t available at the time. So kristi knew I needed and when one became available she contacted me immediately. She showed me the unit. She made the transfer very simple between units and worked with me and my busy schedule. I’ve been going here for years, and always dealt with kristi she always finds the right unit I need and solutions if any problems arise. If you need storage this is the place to go, very secure and the facility is very nice and well kept. Thanks to kristi it’s always a pleasure.

Kristie is amazing! I needed two containers for storage for my whole house. She kept me up to date on space availability and within a few days she called and had two containers for me! Her personality was warm, and friendly. Her StorAmerica was spotless and I love the fact that as managers she and her husband live on the property. The on site manager was very helpful going over what was available and showing me the unit. Very good people person and friendly. The office gal was very friendly when I came into pay the first month payment. She was very good at going over the contact and explaining any of the questions I had. CALL ASAP before you go to Lock in your Space. I got really lucky.....because most Storage will get in and rip you OFF. !! Even helped me during K-19 outbreak. YOU CAN TRUST THEM. Had a three hour drive to get to this storage spot , heard a lot of great reviews and I was NOT disappointed!! Kristy was great from the start the units were clean and the service we received was top notch ! Super glad we came here ! Totally worth it !

Kristy is amazing there !! She was very friendly honest and helped make the process painless and easy. I didint feel rushed and she answered all my questions. She called me back within 20 mins of leaving a vm and I over all enjoyed my experience and I wouldn't want anyone else to have helped me but her. This is the second time I have rented a unit at StörAmerica. Their rates are very fair and Kristi the manager is wonderful to work with. All of the staff members at this location are cordial and easy to deal with. I appreciate how easy they making paying the bill. It's nice to be able to pay online, in person etc. Overall I am VERY pleased with them. If I only had one miniscule complaint it would be with their hours of operation, but I think that in all honesty it makes for a much more secure facility.

The Manager is on top of everything in this establishment,very clean units,very polite and if you have any problems storage or billing discrepancies the manager will make it her priority to fix the issue's as fast as humanly possible 🙂👍💯

The property is kept clean with good security. When I wanted to switch to another unit, Kristy was great saving me money on rent, and with the use of the moving van.

This location is very good. All the units there are very clean, the cleanest I have ever seen compared to other places. The staff that have helped me, especially Sara. She is amazing! Very helpful and making things easy to understand if there is any confusion. She makes the place feel so welcome and I am very happy to store my belongings here.

We just recently signed up to rent space at Extra Space Storage and I have to say that the on-site manager if just fantastic. Kelly was so helpful and kind. She treated us like old friends and answered all our questions and found us the best deal for our needs. I highly recommend this location for all your storage needs. So often anymore we all come across companies and people that are just rude and do the bare minimum, but you won't come across that here. I am a very satisfied customer! :)

I have had several great experiences at this storage facility. When I was initially looking for a unit, Kelly took the time to drive me around the whole facility and had a lot of patience answering all my questions. She showed me quite a few units until I chose the one for me. Her new assistant, Hannah, has also been very cheerful and happy to assist me. She has been a wonderful asset to the team. Many times I have driven to the facility and they are both out there cleaning up the units and picking up all the trash that has blown in. They are both very professional and have always had the FREE truck ready and filled up for me to move my things in a little at a time. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for clean, secure, easily accessible units coming in a wide variety of sizes......and the personal touch of the ladies who work there comes FREE!!!
