For starters, Tustin Gateway Self Storage is located at the corner of Red Hill Avenue and Edinger Avenue (at the Gateway Village shopping center), providing quick access for the people of Santa Ana, Costa Mesa, Irvine, Orange, Fountain Valley, and the surrounding neighborhoods. Our 3-story facility has over 500 units, providing rentals ranging in size from 5’x5’ to 15’x17’. We also have 8’x22’ parking spaces available!
If you’re dreading the thought of move-in day, let us calm your anxiety. We provide dollies, and handcarts. Plus, our office – which is open Monday through Saturday – is home to discount packing supplies like tarp, boxes, bubble wrap, and more. Because many of our storage units are drive-up accessible, you can skip all the stressful trips. We offer access hours from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day of the week, so you’re welcome to move on your own schedule. We also offer our customers month-to-month leases, so you do not have to worry about being stuck in a long-term contract when you no longer need extra space.
At Tustin Gateway Self Storage, we take security quite seriously. Our resident manager lives on the property in order to respond to emergencies quickly. We also utilize 24-hour security cameras so that we can monitor the facility. Had two units here from about Feb 2019 to Nov 2021. They are the best price for the size and features in the area. Decent security and clean hallways. Only detractors are the limited hours of access--they close around 7pm most days and inaccessible on the "major" holidays, which was hard to check what holidays that included. Only other issue was the seemingly annual raising of the rate which was ONLY communicated via snail mail even though staff would call to remind about payments. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Would rent again.

When you need something quick to store all your sentimental things or just for making room in your own house temporarily, these guys come thru and are very knowledged on price and how it all works with payments dates and the do and fonts of it all. It's fast and there's always a cart available for moving your stuff to storage. They'll even drop off a truck in front of your house for a few hours while you load your goods into it then they come back and get it and drive it to the storage for you. Saves on renting a moving truck. They are courteous and kind people to do business from. Now that I'm all packed up. I can relax. Thanks guys!
