I am thankful for my experience with Stor America. My check in was smooth , quick, and informational. I would definitely give this location 5 stars across the board. Thank you again for your professionalism and for making my move in as smooth as can be.

Clean - secure and the rent process went quickly but I did not get the move in rate like my friend who referred me nor does there appear to be any uhauls on site - both as advertised.

AweSome Customer Service and Customer Friendly. This Saturday was very streamlined. My furniture (Couch) could not fit thru the door, I notified the Mgr and she immediately searched the inventory and found a solution. Big Kudos to Management for having a Customer Service focus. Awesome Customer service !!! A FREE TRUCK FOR LOCAL MOVES . WOW. NO one else does that. Clean, Gated , XTRA SECURITY !!!.. Easy assess, Dollys to move your stuff. Dont hesitate call StorAmerica. CALL ASAP before you go to Lock in your Space. I got really lucky.....because most Storage will get in and rip you OFF. !! Even helped me during K-19 outbreak. YOU CAN TRUST THEM. You can buy a lock there if you need to. LOVE THEM !!! Sincerely. KVEGAS.

Had a three hour drive to get to this storage spot , heard a lot of great reviews and I was NOT disappointed!! Kristy was great from the start the units were clean and the service we received was top notch ! Super glad we came here ! Totally worth it !

Kristy is amazing there !! She was very friendly honest and helped make the process painless and easy. I didint feel rushed and she answered all my questions. She called me back within 20 mins of leaving a vm and I over all enjoyed my experience and I wouldn't want anyone else to have helped me but her. Super excited an happy with this storage unit and customer service.

Kevin and Christie were friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me a discount that wasn't listed, told me the cheapest place to buy a lock, and there's a moving truck to borrow to make it easier.

This is the second time I have rented a unit at StörAmerica. Their rates are very fair and Kristi the manager is wonderful to work with. All of the staff members at this location are cordial and easy to deal with. I appreciate how easy they making paying the bill. It's nice to be able to pay online, in person etc. Overall I am VERY pleased with them. If I only had one miniscule complaint it would be with their hours of operation, but I think that in all honesty it makes for a much more secure facility.

The Manager is on top of everything in this establishment,very clean units,very polite and if you have any problems storage or billing discrepancies the manager will make it her priority to fix the issue's as fast as humanly possible 🙂👍💯

The property is kept clean with good security. When I wanted to switch to another unit, Kristy was great saving me money on rent, and with the use of the moving van.

This location is very good. All the units there are very clean, the cleanest I have ever seen compared to other places. The staff that have helped me, especially Sara. She is amazing! Very helpful and making things easy to understand if there is any confusion. She makes the place feel so welcome and I am very happy to store my belongings here.

The manager was very polite, kind, and considerate in helping me transfer my storage unit to another unit that suited me better. StorAmerica Self Storage is very clean and has a great security monitoring system for tenants protection. Would highly recommend this facility.

We just recently signed up to rent space at Extra Space Storage and I have to say that the on-site manager if just fantastic. Kelly was so helpful and kind. She treated us like old friends and answered all our questions and found us the best deal for our needs. I highly recommend this location for all your storage needs. They are just awesome and work with you to keep you a satisfied and trusted customer. So often anymore we all come across companies and people that are just rude and do the bare minimum, but you won't come across that here. I am a very satisfied customer! :)

I have had several great experiences at this storage facility. When I was initially looking for a unit, Kelly took the time to drive me around the whole facility and had a lot of patience answering all my questions. She showed me quite a few units until I chose the one for me. Her new assistant, Hannah, has also been very cheerful and happy to assist me. She has been a wonderful asset to the team. Many times I have driven to the facility and they are both out there cleaning up the units and picking up all the trash that has blown in. They are both very professional and have always had the FREE truck ready and filled up for me to move my things in a little at a time. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for clean, secure, easily accessible units coming in a wide variety of sizes......and the personal touch of the ladies who work there comes FREE!!!
