Made appointment for Monday 5/11/2020, and was greeted by Kawika. Kawika was very respectful and give his full attention in getting our storage assigned to us. The service was outstanding and the property was clean and presentable. It's also convenient that Springfield Marriott Hotel is adjacent to the property.

I am a long time customer for many years. I have gone up and down on sizes and number of units rented. I like the convenient location, right off the freeway in southeast Corona. I needed to move to a slightly smaller unit but nothing was available. I thought I was going to have to move to another storage facility. The people that run the place are very nice. I have got locked in there twice and there were nice about it. Good place to rent a storage. I though that at this time of need people are helping people. My storage was due May 1st.you have 10 days before late fees. I called and asked if they could help they said no. I told them that I had not received anything funds, my last check was the second week of March. So I asked if I could drop it off the follwing day May 10th I told her why, she said they would me closed and I would get charged the late fee.I had 15mins to go borrow money and drop it off so they would not change me late the late fees. I was in Ontario almost had a accident.

I think the place is clean. The prices are a bit high, but the bothersome part is they have so many cars blocking the first row. It is hard to maneuver down the at row if anyone is there.
