This time when I went to your office to upgrade my unit to a bigger size, I'm so happy because the customer service in the office Adrian and Savhana did their job well, they help me and accommodated me with the things that I need to do. I'm not 100% sure the correct spelling of Ezie and Kerina, but they exemplify GREAT customer services with professionalism, mannerism, and extremely helpful with the onboarding process. Facility is clean and well maintained so I feel that my RV will be well guarded. I'd recommend StorAmerica in HG to anyone looking for storage; especially RV.

The ladies in the office are really helpful. The place is clean. Price is good. Boxes are available for purchase also and they have pretty good hours for entrance.

High prices without matching value.

Would definitely recommend this place. The manager Alicia V. was by far extremely nice, understanding of our situation. Was friendly even had the maintenance man put on a new lock thing on our door for us when it was a little stuck. Definitely by far the best experience I've ever had at a storage facility. Was definitely very sad to leave. Also if you have any issues paying or anything else they are more then happy to work someone out, if they have the ability. All you have to do is communicate with them.

We've been renting here for years. I have an indoor unit and my boyfriend stores his RV here. It's clean and the staff are nice. I'd give them a better review if corporate wasn't always trying to raise our rent though. Its rediculous how often they raise it and Everytime they raise it they try to raise it more than 20%. Complaining helps when you've never been late on a payment and I'm always able to negotiate a lower rate but personally, I'm tired of it. The way tgey do business is the industry standard ('cause their is no standard..or laws) but in my mind you'd think that they'd prefer renters who pay on time and are paying more than the max on a unit over new customers who wont be paying the max for a atleast 2'ish yrs and who might not pay on time or even be there that long. It just erks me. Words of advice when renting for tge 1st time: Don't keep what you don't use and always ask them how often they raise their rent. If they say you're rent won't go up until the end of the year ask them again because after the 2nd or 3rd year they raised our rents every 3-8 months'ish.

Brianna and Rhianna were friendly, informative, honest and took that extra care to ensure that NOT ONLY was I completely SATISFIED but they also SAVED ME MONEY finding me the best price out there. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a clean, safe place to store there things.

Convenient location. Rents are raising much higher than the cost of living index.

The storage area is clean. However the office seems to be closed frequently for office meetings and other unknown meetings. They have raised the rent every single year.

I see a lot of BS reviews on here. This place is adequate and the people there are always really nice. I've never had any problems; however, you can expect incremental rate increases on a regular basis.
