Great price for 10x15 unit I got. Actually best price compared to 3 others. Staff was awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Seriously and awesome experience getting a storage and using it. Only thing I don't like is the hours in which but it's understandable

Great customer service; staff was very helpful and super nice. The units are clean and decently priced, and my move in cost was only $29! My monthly rent has only been raised by $12 per month in the 2 years I've had a unit here, which isn't too bad. The only reason so far for not giving the whole five stars ☆ is because I do not like the fact that they are closed on all major holidays and every Sunday. I mean, I understand the office being closed for said holidays and even on sundays, but I don't see why you cannot still access your unit on these days. Especially since the gate hours are only from 6AM to 7PM.. and just to be clear, at 7 PM on the dot you better be out of the gates because at 7:01 PM gate access codes will no longer open the gates. 🙄

Anthony really helped us out getting a couple of units. We were moving out and had a few days left and couldn't find units big enough for our needs. He kept us informed about any units he had available. We were on a waiting list and just when we thought we weren't going to find units, Anthony came through. Thank you very much for your help and patience Anthony.

So far everything is as advertised. The unit is clean, accessible, and easy to drive a uhaul truck up to. I haven’t asked to used their “free” truck service yet but so far so good!

Nice place, friendly staff. Reasonable prices. The ingress and egress is a bit wonky, the keypads have you crossing the drive from left to right going through the gate.

The place that I trust worth meaning full things off mine

Good price for a 5x5, which is important for a homeless person like myself. Friendly employees, and good security. Only drawbacks are that you have to bother someone in the office in order to use the restroom, which I think should be unlocked during regular business hours. Also, the gate locks at 7pm and you have to be out or run the risk of being charged a large fee to be let out. A later time would be better, and maybe being able to get out while people can't get in, would be my recommendations.

The ladies of universal self storage are amazing!! Moving is always stressful but, these ladies made it that much easier. I cannot recommend them enough, 10 star experience!!

Universal Self Storage was amazing. The property manager Jill was awesome. She answered all my questions and more. They had a truck for us to use and it was free! They made things so easy and carefree! We didn’t even have to worry about gas. Please, if you have to use a storage facility go to Universal Self Stogage on I Street & Juniper!!
