I needed a storage facility to store my 13' trailer for 6 months and went into the StorAmerica office in Indio. CA. I met Sonia who was who was awesome to deal with, as she has a good sense of humour and went above and beyond to get me a good rate for storing my trailer (it was approximately half the price compared to other storage facilities in the area). I believe Sonia enjoys working with her customers and building a good clientele based on customer service and fair pricing. I would highly recommend this storage facility.

We have rented a space from StorAmerica in Indio and were in need of more space due to to a move so there was no question we wanted our second storage to be here as well. Sonia and everyone in the office are so kind and helpful. Don't hesitate if you're looking for a clean spot with nice people to store your stuff. Also the spots are easy to get to with nice wide driveways.

SONIA is the BEST!!! The cheapist storage in the Coachella Valley and I did pay for 11 months and got a month free😀. Cameras everwhere nice and secure... and a crime free storage facility not full of tweakers and homeless like in Thousand Palms. They even had a free truck to use to move in I saved $200 right there. I use to be a the place with all the green paint... they bought the place and double my rent and i have been there for 10 years but the big Corporation did not care.

The customer service that Sonja has given me has been so professional, helpful and friendly. She is a asset to this company.

I was welcomed immediately upon entering the office. The young lady behind the counter was very kind and very efficient. The facility was very well kept and I felt my belongings would be safe here as well. So far I have nothing but positive things to say about this Store America outlet, it's a two thumbs up for me. I'm extremely satisfied with my service. Experiencing problems with my move. I found my service very accommodating. I was under a lot of pressure when I went into office and left with the world lifted off my shoulders. I highly recommend.

I have to say that I was so overwhelmed with happiness on the excellent service that I received from the Property Manager Sonia provided. I was pressed for time and she was not only able to put me at ease but provided exactly what I needed to move all my stuff from one unit to another. And I can honestly say that each and every time that I have come to pay my payment, she always has a smile and is extremely professional and pleasant.

Claudia was amazing in helping us find a place to store all of our belongings. The price was very affordable and the facilities are well kept up. The only demerit was that there mobile office had a small tent that overhangs from the building that did little to shade us from the heat while filling out the paperwork. They need to change this by investing in a larger tent. It was 105 degrees outside and with the new COVID-19 restrictions in place you have to wait outside. Fortunately, Claudia was very helpful and offered to bring the paper work to us in our car with the AC while we waited and provided us water. I would recommend this storage facility but be sure to bring a visor and water in case your car doesn’t have AC.

I had a very good experience, the associate Sonia was very sweet and very helpful. I've had storage at other locations and did not receive the help I, did at this location.

I've rented from this great company before. So naturally, when I needed storage space again, I went back My Storage Space. They have a whole new Management Crew, but they still offer the same great Customer Service. At the end of the day that's what makes them stand out from the rest. Sonja is really really very patient. She listens and is very thorough. She knows her job and makes it look so easy. The place was crowded but she took it all in stride and waited on all of us with ease. The prices are very reasonable and they even let you use a truck to move your items. I know of no other Storage Facility that offers that perk. This is truly one of the best deals in town.

Friendly staff and low prices

I have really enjoyed my experience with StorAmericaSelfStorage and especially with Ashley. Ashley has helped me a lot in getting settled in California as a permanent resident. I did the right thing by choosing this storage facility. As a senior citizen I have appreciated all the help recieved by Ashley and her caring attitude.

I called StorAmerica after reading good reviews online. Rebecca was knowledgable, accommodating, and provided an excellent move in deal that was too good to pass up. It's refreshing to deal with a company that provides personal customer service and good value.
