My storage unit has a roll up door on each end of the unit this is awesome the only complaint that I have really with the place is in the year that I've been there the rates have been raised twice the staff is courteous the bathroom is clean yard is well-protected with cameras and razor wire top fences

The facility is nice and clean. Had a problem when I reserved their truck to move my things. On the day that I reserved, the truck it was unavailable, as a result I had to make multiple trips with my pickup.....exhausting day.

Dear Madam/Sir, I found the young man who helped me, to be extremely helpful and friendly and want your company to know how much he helped me. I received a phone call one day telling me that he had found that I had failed to lock my large unit, No. 1954, and that he had put one of your blue locks on it, protecting my contents until I could replace it. I’ll always remember that kind and helpful assistance. Please thank him again for me. Unfortunately I have misplaced his name, but he is a Large Hispanic gentleman, with the first name of Hector. Thank you for having someone so friendly, efficient and considerate.

I think it's a little overpriced. Otherwise, the place is secure and clean. The sometimes functioning lift is a plus.

From walking in the door to putting my stuff in my new storage unit took only an amazingly fast 10 possibly 15 minutes and the facility is def. Clean though a bit out of date

I have rented a storage unit from them this being my third time (moved around a bit in the last few years.) I have rented a unit from this same Oceanside location and will continue to do so if I need to. Jose the Manager is the most accommodating and professional property manager I have dealt with. I had a time constraint and he immediately came to the rescue by allowing me to use the free moving truck to cut my time from potentially 10 hours to 3. I am eternally grateful this type of customer service still exists. In the past, I have always been reminded of rent being due with a phone call so I don’t accrue a late fee. I appreciate this type of attention because life can get hectic. I will always reach out to them first for storage needs. Thank you Jose and staff for always putting the customer first!

Clean place decent prices but the gate hours are ridiculous you can't get in past 645 that's when a lot of people get off

This place is awesome, hands down the best storage facility i have ever been too. I needed a temporary place to store my belongings and StoreAmerica was the place. Got me in no problem and gave me an amazing move in deal, couldn't have gotten a better deal. Friendly staff, great environment an always on top of everything. I needed help with anything or had any questions they were on top of if and assisted me every step of the way. I gave a little attitude because I was stress and the manager kept his kool and had a calm relax demeanor and still insisted on helping me out. Hands down the place to go for storing your belongings.
