Easy to get in and always clean. The building is always clean, too. The restroom is inside the office, so make sure to use the restroom on days that the office is not open. The girls at the front office are very friendly and will help you out with any issue a problem you might have. Update : 7/27/24 12:00 noon no one is the office and waited 10 minutes. There is no note on the door and not answering the phones. Another lady said she's come by twice on 2 different days, and the office has been closed

Was in need of a storage unit for my household goods and came across Storage Max. I called prior to going in and set a day and time to stop in. Upon arriving I noticed the code accessible gates and the cameras surrounding the property which assured me that this would be a safe place to store my belongings . When I entered the office I was immediately greeted by Angelica. She was knowledgeable, professional and very efficient. We decided on a unit that would fit my needs. This is by far one of the best stress free experiences I’ve had when moving . Thank you Storage Max. Thank you Angelica.

Clean facilities, clean location and I appreciate the manager Stacey who has always answered my questions and returned and calls/emails🙏 Cart only available on certain days and times. Suggestion is to have more carts available for use.

For whatever reason I was apprehensive of entering into a service agreement with a business that really makes it easy to not pay attention to an obligation that can easily be forgotten about. Especially with everything that many people are going through in these difficult times. I’ve encountered the manager, Stacy to whom was pleasant and professional. Additionally there was also a very insightful gentleman, to whom I believe was Jason. I left feeling like the customer service was above any I’ve received in many years.

The unit was clean and very spacious! and a great price! They area is well kept and I feel that my things will be secure at storage max. AMAZING STAFF! All around I had a wonderful wonderful!
