Gianni is professional with great energy he showed me and my grandma 3 different units provided us good service and even gave us water when it was hot outside

I called around to a few other storage facilities in the area but they were all way too expensive storAmerica was one of the most reasonable prices available. Apart from the lower pricing customer service was awesome she took care of me she found me the storage unit that best fit my needs I was in and out of there within 20 minutes max thank you guys for your help.

I stopped by last Saturday at the last moment approaching a three day weekend. I rented a small unit that was both on special and exactly what I required. The unit and the entire property was clean. The experience was quick and easy. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I am highly recommending both StorAmerica and this specific location to everyone. Definitely five stars.

It's a secure place to store things and all but its a little expensive especially if like me your on a budget. After the pandemic they raised they're price again and when I asked if there would be another price increase in the near future, I was told that it depends on inflation that's what dictates their rates. So I'm concerned that at some point I'll lose my storage.I can't afford the rent to go any higher it just went up $20.00 this year!

I was able to complete all transactions online with no problem. When I went to the office to get my access code, the customer service was awesome. The office staff were courteous and knowledgeable. Because I never had a storage unit before, the staff walked me to the unit, showed me how to secure the door and how to enter the access code. They advised me which lock to purchase and had them for sale, so I got everything done on that visit. They also followed all COVID-19 precautions.

Frank is a super nice guy! Let's you know everything up front, and even asked us, " are you still shopping or did you want get this one?" I didn't feel trapped to buy the unit. Gave me cold water and took us around in a golf cart to look at the units! So fancy! The experience was superb!

Professional, and very helpful. I went in on a Friday, had a 10x10 reserved for about $110 a month with the insurance I wanted. I mentioned to my sales guy Kyle I would be in and out alot because I store my work tools in the unit, along with household things. So they let you look at the unit before contracting it witch is awesome. I thought it was a little small but might work. Kyle said that if I will be in and out alot I might want one with more room with better access, I agree'd. He saw i was a little frustrated and shuffled through his paper work and said here is one for $25 more and its twice the size. I was like ya lets check it out, turns out to be the best deal on the lot. Love these guys & so happy I went with a bigger unit. They even followed up with a call to make sure everything checked out and that I was happy. And I can say I am. Thank you Kyle & Frank

Devilish fiends and ghastly ghosts keep away from this storage space with good cause. The man named Frank provided excellent service and showed his skills at staking the prices of competing companies. ESS is my go to in storage, a better place than the graveyard. This is my second year here at this storage and I will be a returning customer once again! I am a student at UCR, and I am always looking for storage during the summer while I am away from town. This storage offer the cheapest prices and best deals out of the ones I've seen. Both years I was here, they offered first month free storage, and if you refer a friend, you get a $50 credit towards both yours and your friend's bill! Both times here, the staff was very helpful. I was out of the states the whole summer and was not able to call in to pro-rate my month in time, and was charged the whole month. I explained the situation to frank, and he helped me fix the situation. The staff is very friendly and it's a safe storage. Thanks for everything! Definitely makes my life easier.

since I first went to Extra space I have had nothing but good experiences with this company. My initial phone call to them was very professional and I was given the best deal for what i could afford. I am please with my choice to use Extra Space Storage and will be using them in the future and I will refer them to my friends and family.

The internet reservation system was easy to follow. The store personnel were excellent to deal with during the check-in process. The location has easy freeway access. The entire facility is in clean excellent repair.
