I had the best experience at this location. Jose, at the front desk, is the friendliest and most professional individual ever I swear. We were going to go to the public storage by the 10 & 215 but we decided to go with StorAmerica instead after seeing how personable they were. Very clean. Strict rules and regulations enforced but with the intention of providing a safe and secure area for your personal items. The manager is also very firm, but polite as she gets her point across about the rules and regulations. I would recommend to others. Also, this storage has the highest rating amongst the other storage facilities within the area and it is obvious why when you drive in.

Storage America was clean . You can tell they take pride in their facility. Gave very thorough instructions as to how to get in how to get out what to expect when things are due and what is required of the tenant I could not have been more pleased than to be shown around and pleased with what I rented.

First of all let me say that you were not my first choice for my storage needs I actually went to cube smart first I made a reservation and was directed to go to the deco lock on 40th st. I don’t like to give bad reviews but the gentleman @ Cubesmart said it was too late and couldn’t do anything for me.I needed a storage and had no time to spare so I came to you guys. Maria and Jose are the Cream of the Crop.They we’re very easy to work with and they assisted me in making the right decision on the size of my rental unit.Not only we’re they helpful they are wonderful human beings I encourage anyone to take a second and get to know these two wonderful individuals you could be surprised on how much knowledge those two heavenly creatures have. And now let me address the haters in the comments I've been seeing I'm African American over here and for you to say they're racist you're just mad and feel salty because y'all didn't pay your storage bill. For the most part they were ok. I didn't agree with the unit price increase every 6 months. I had my storage about 18 months give or take. I started with an $89 per month price tag. By the time I was ready to close out the unit my monthly payment had increased to $150 a month. And the explanation as to why really didn't make any sense. But as I said other than that it's a safe place to store your belongings. Just be ready to pay multiple unit prices if you're long term.
Jose was the gentleman who assisted me with the signing of the contract I must say he was a delight. He was very professional and explained everything thoroughly.

Absolutely the best run storage place in the Inland Empire. The place is spotless and secure. I have had many storage units over the years and by far they are the best at this facility.

Not a bad experience so far, the facilities seem clean and secure. It’s a newer construction so that is appealing; lots of security on the property. Unfortunately we had to convince them to honor their price as it was advertised online; they did not seem aware that they were discounting certain units in their ad. Also we were disappointed that they did not have a usable box truck for move-in as they had indicated, something about needing to update the registration for it. The rental itself seemed to be fairly straightforward, I will update this as the process continues.
Staff are great. For those who have a 9-5 or plan to store stuff for a 2nd income I wouldn't recommend it due to extremely short access hours. Don't allow customers gate access after office is closed, not even to the storage unit.

Maria was amazing! She’s the property manager at this location. It was all simple, and one of the cheaper options compared to other companies in the area. They are very nice and extremely tight on security, which is very reassuring.

I rent a 10x9 but the unit looks like 1/2 of the size. I pay online and there website only change $26.99 so the office charge me 3 dollar more . I was very disappointed when Maria give me a attitude about it. She Replaying AFTER I give her The $3 dollar that if I don’t want it she can canceled in a very rude way , I want her to know that I’m a pay customer and I don’t need her anger attitude because of the StorAmerica storage wet site errors. They need to get it fix, After all I give a 3 star because I got to met Jose and Sergio ! They’re extremely helpful . Thank you guys , god bless

Your facility is very well managed your front office is very organised Has great communication skills takes his time to not only tell you about the Union but show you are inside and you know kinda look at an overall evaluation to see view in the right unit great job very clean very kept up but you do have to get your truck fixed because of your advertising that you have a free track and then it's been out of service for more than 4 months that doesn't look too good you should take that off

I give 3 stars because its in the middle. I did get my storage for a realy great price with a promo online. However, the person that helped me did not go over ANYTHING with me, infact i learned about the late fee by reading reviews just now, i had to call the next day because i realized i wasnt made aware of gate hours. (Which is a very tight window for those who work in my opinion). On the plus side, it is a very clean place, no signs of unwanted insects or anything. Had i received all of the important info at the time of purchace, my only complaint would be gate hours! I Edit to add.. I was told within the first 30 days you get to use one of there trucks (just pay milage) i called yesterday to get it and i was turned away because you have to get check it out before 10. So be aware of you ars checking it out DO UT BEFORE 10AM!
