Crystal the manager of StorAmerica is very easy to work with. She is organized and knows her stuff.

Securing my storage was simple. I booked it & paid for it all online. Crystal contacted me by phone and made sure I knew that the gates would be closing at a certain time. Upon arriving to the office I was greeted by Crystal. She was professional and informed me about everything I needed to know regarding the storage. This was a new experience for me and Crystal made it much easier. I am thankful that I have my belongings in a safe, secure location.

Amazing. Daniela, the Property Manager at this location, is the gold standard in a Manager. Knowledgeable, kind-hearted, and efficient. I’ve never had a better front counter experience at any other storage facility in the USA over the past 40 years! Highly recommended!!

I loved the fact that my move in costs was 30.it really helped me out in a time of need when I didn't have a budget to settle on something closer to where I was staying . I got a huge 10x10 that accommodated everything .As it turned out , the place i was staying at turned out to be temporary. The storage location I chose was central to the area I am now in . Thank You Daniela for.helping me transition from a stressful time and getting me into a unit .All my household is together and a major worry has been put to rest with your help .

I moved into the Federal blvd location 7/1/22 & everything was great. The young lady at the counter was courteous & polite & had a sense of humor which is awesome & not something a lot of people in her position have with dealing with customers. I will say I was very upset about the advertised free gas & use of their truck/van to move in. Come to find out since this location is understaffed & they do not have enough employees working there that the free truck use is actually $75 up front of which you get back $50 of making the advertised free truck use $25 w/free gas & you only get 20miles for free. The $25 truck rental fee is still better then going through u-haul, but feel they should not be advertising the free use of a truck rental if they have restrictions that it's only free when they are properly staffed. That $25 was not budgeted for my move & caused a financial hardship as being on a low fixed income, every penny has to be budgeted for which I now have to adjust my weekly grocery budget to cover the advertised free truck. Besides that issue everything went smooth, but still fell they are falsely advertising the truck use reguardless of the * saying call location for restrictions & details. The free truck use was my deciding factor & had no choice but to keep this location as I had to mive in that day. Hope this helps.

All in all this is a good place .The team of employees are great.Every thing from keeping the place clean.towhat ever questions you may have..They have a great move in special.and auto pay as well. The only negative really is the hours aren't so good.for most people the hours wouldn't bother thow

Everything ran smooth and the employees were patient, understandable and helpful.

We needed a last minute storage in the area and StorAmerica was easy to reserve online and for a great price. Monika was so friendly and helpful getting us the access information we needed. She was so patient answering all my questions and helping brainstorm ideas our needs.

The 5 stars are for the manager Daniel. He is very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. As for the Storage Corporate - I wish they were more flexible with the hours you are permitted to enter. We start work at 7am at various locations but we are not permitted to enter storage unit until 7 am - making it impossible to start at 7. I wish we were permitted to enter earlier. Longer entry hours like the previous company that owned it.

Good customer service. Reserved and e-signed everything online. Need to go there to get access code and they also require a round lock, which you can buy there $14. They have a big wagon to transfer stuff from moving truck to the storage, which is really nice. My unit has lights inside. You might want to park your moving truck outside the gate if your rental unit is in A building area.

I have been rent a unit for a little over a year now. It's a great secure place to keep your belongings. I have only one problem with them. About a year ago while we were moving I sent my 22yr old son and 17yr old daughter to take some things to the storage. They got there while they were still open but they wouldn't let them out of the gate. They locked them in. It took almost an hour to get my children released from storage jail. So if you go before they close make sure you are gone before they close. Or you might be held overnight in the storage drunk tank. Lol

The rental process was quick, simple, and affordably priced. The manager is super helpful and thorough.

This is my 2nd time using StorAmerica on Federal Blvd. This time the Manager is Daniel. Another great experience. Helpful and professional. The only word of advice I can tell my fellow customers is to take note when they have their lunch hour so you know not to try and do business then. ......... >> Very pleased with my experience with StorAmerica. While it was great to have a good offer that brought me in, use their moving van to bring all my belongings, plus have access to their wheeled carts that made moving so much easier in a clean unit (with a window!), it was management and staff that made my stay memorable. Krista is a sharp on the ball individual. The staff were all friendly and helpful. When I have need of a storage unit, I plan on going there again.

Somebody was still in my unit, but the management upgraded me to a bigger one with a big discount.

These guys are cool the lobby always smells really clean I like that once in a while for some random reason the office is closed in the middle of business hours but it's usually not for too long and I definitely like the fact that they have a cart available for me to use because I am in an upstairs unit I appreciate them

This place is easy access, close to everything, and surveillance 24/7. The employees are very attentive, and knowledgeable of the services they offer. I really recommend it.

I just got a storage container yesterday. It was very well priced. Would have given 5 stars had the male helping me not mumbled so much because there was a few occasions where I couldn't understand him. However they had prompt service, made sure I understood the rules and all around were very helpful.

The staff here is totally awesome! Also very great rates. Cliff helped me out a ton when I was trying to find a new storage facility closer to my mother's home; we had a lot of things that we were clearing out, and for her driving to Chula Vista everyday wasn't an option. He even helped us out when the unit I originally requested got rented out by accident! I was a little nervous when that happened, but the speed and concern they all had about it reassured me that this would be a good place. Thanks!

These guys are great! This was an easy experience to get signed up and rent a unit. From there, every month was easy to pay online and anytime I needed help, the gentlemen in the office were always so nice. The man who seemed to be maintenance was always very friendly as well. When it was time to move out, they were very helpful and made sure to work with us to ensure everything was in good order. Next time I rent it will be here!!

The best self storage facility I have used. Amazing customer service who are happy to help with anything you may need. Round the clock security who go so far as to check all the locks on every unit. Locked gate and password locked doors make for worry free storage. I will certainly be back for any of my storage needs and will refer my friends.

I love this storage place there the cheapest monthly storage unit I've found in San Diego. I highly recommend if you are going to be getting a unit weather it's 1 month, 3 months, or 12 months there monthly payments with no contracts are awesome!!
