Great customer service 👏 the lady on site was very helpful. walked me through everything quickly and efficiently as i had gotten there 20 minutes before closing but was still able to help me out without rushing.

I can't say enough about this place. They have gone far above what is expected in a storage facility. If not for there helpful actions I would have lost my storage. However, knowing I was waiting for a check to clear within days, they postponed the auction of my storage and I was able to keep it. They are always kind and courteous and I would recommend them any time.

I love this place. Move in was so easy. Stored there for a year and all my stuff was actually clean when I removed it! Virtually no dust. And the staff is amazing. No one likes the moving process. This was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended.

Parking situation is horrible. The parking garage is usually full because of their moving truck. Street parking is limited to one side during the day. Prices are decent. Customer service is great.

Very clean building for a storage company, as well as a beautiful neighborhood.

At least they fix the ventilation system is to be extremely hot in there. I don't like the way they keep sending out notices saying that the insurance policy increases every few months

The manager helped us by not only answering all our questions but also was kind enough to show us around other units he also gave me a great price for our unit. Great, safe and freindly enviorment.

My fiancé & I stopped by to look for some storage space to store both of our overflow & of course his furniture that doesn't match mine ;) Sam was beyond helpful! He showed us two units to give us an idea of the difference in size. He also was very patient & answered all of our questions. He gave us his professional opinion & helped us make our decision. Not only do I recommend this location but I recommend you come & talk to Sam!

ANITA was very helpful. Provided me with everything i needed to know. Only concern i have is some doors to storage look a little flimsy. As well as someone might be able to throw liquids into my storage from above. But besides that they are the best i have found so far.

I've been using Extra Space Storage for many years. However, I started using the South Gate location approximately three years ago and was very displeased with the level of customer service I was receiving. Had I not been traveling for my job, I would have immediately moved to either another location or used another company all together. Just recently I called and Dawn answered the phone. What a breath of fresh air. Her customer service skills were impeccable. Thank you Dwan for not making me feel like I was inconveniencing you. You are just what that location needed.

The facility was nice and clean. I really need a great deal on a place to store some things and there was Dawn that helped me out and picked the perfect size space to fit my budget. I couldn't be happier and will refer all my family and friends.

I heard about this place from my uncle and it turned out to be a really good spot. Customer service was excellent, the facility was clean and dry, and I was able to get a great monthly deal. Definitely would recommend to other family members.

I'd recommend this facility. Perks is that I'm using them for business and they give me 24 hour access, which is something they dont really advertise. PLUS and BONUS to using this company. No major complaints. I'm content and happy with their services and price.
