Judy is AMAZING!!!! I walked in after doing a very long move and she made sure I was taken care of! Her empathy and customer service was by far the best I’ve ever seen! Helped a friend to move stuff from one storage unit to another. Nothing particular special but the lady at the front desk seems to be nice and friendly. The place is quiet and quite spacious. Clean and not clustered. Only if that particular day was not one of the hottest day.....

Superb Service and An Amazing Staff!!!
Everyone at the front desk went out of their way to help us pick out and rent our storage unit. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and the ease of moving in without the hassle of searching for carts and having to leave our driver’s license as deposit each time. The storage units have lighting inside each unit which helps me see where to stack everything. Finally, the free day’s use of the moving truck absolutely made our move less stressful.

What made the experience so pleasant was the two ladies I had the pleasure to deal with. Judy and Cynthia were absolutely delightful and made the whole process simple and seamless. Great personalities, good communications skills and very informative about their overall services. I was also given access to their moving truck that was an added bonus. It recently changed hand's & what a great team they came in & put carts out ,bought a new truck, brought in a really nice on site manager very friendly & efficient. JUST REALLY A GOOD COMPANY OUT TO SATISFY YOUR STORAGE NEEDS I RECENTLY BOUGHT A HOME SO I WILL BE LEAVING BUT IF I EVER NEED TO STORE MY STUFF AGAIN I WILL TOTALLY GO BACK TO UNIVERSAL..
