I came across StorAmerica when I decided to leave my previous storage facility because they were constantly increasing their monthly fee. I searched around for good and reasonable storage places and saw great reviews so I decided to give them a try and luckily it was everything I read about them and more. The store manager Sheila was absolutely AMAZING!!! She was kind, patient, friendly and welcoming. I felt like I was meeting a friend I've known my whole life. The facility was clean, and offered fresh coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate or water. I was even able to use their moving truck for free with 40 miles covered and gas expenses paid for. The storage was clean and easily accessible. I would recommend this place to anyone who is in need of a great storage space. ****Just wanted to give an update that StorAmerica Foxborough is the best storage facility in the High Desert. The new manager Paige was very helpful and friendly. She offer great assistance and was able to help me with all my inquiries. I still would highly recommend this location to anyone in search of a great storage facility. I can't believe it's been 2 years of excellent customer service, thanks again Paige for contributing to the experience.

Recently took out a storage unit at this location. The property is very clean & well maintained and the staff is great! Sheila Has been my point of contact and she really goes above and beyond to give you a great experience during a stressful time... I mean who enjoys packing and moving? But she made it stress free for me and provided some great price packages. I got the package that included the use of moving truck located on site. Everything far exceeded my expectations.

I rented a storage unit at this facility for almost 6 years. The quality of service I received was Outstanding. Shelia is an amazing person and a joy to work with. She was always available if I had any questions or concerns, always had the most positive attitude and really made it a positive experience every time I needed anything regarding my storage needs. My journey began a few months back when my family found out that we had to sell our home and move out, early into the sale of the house we realized we needed somewhere to store our stuff during the move, after looking at a few places and not really being impressed, we walked into StorAmerica and was immediately met with a friendly welcome, and a promise to find storage for us at an affordable price, needless to say we weren't disappointed! We currently rent 2 storage units and couldn't be happier, first months rent being almost free, as well as a free truck rental with included Appliance Dolly and Moving Blankets, it's basically a steal considering how much it would cost to rent from U-Haul, probably $80-$90 alone. Beyond what they offer for storage needs, Sheila is the real MVP that makes everything so great, she has done everything in the world to help us get what we needed, from a second storage unit, to truck rentals, even free Keurig Coffee! I would definitely recommend anyone that has storage needs, give Sheila a call, she will do everything she can to help you!

I called around the High Desert shopping around for Storage Units. Right before I was ready to give up, because either everyone was asking ridiculous prices or just didn't have any vacancies. I called StorAmerica and the most wonderful person ever answered the phone. Ms. Shelia the manager. 45 seconds into the conversation Shelia sold me with her excellent Customer Service skills! I didn't care what the price was, or if she had what I needed. I went into the office with my children, and Mrs. Shelia accommodated all of us not to mention she has the best deals in town. 😁 Thank you so very much Shelia, it was a pleasure to do business with you. In the summer of 2012, I moved to Victorville, CA from out of state. I needed a safe place to store my household belongings for a few years while I was working a job that included "live in" perks. The job ended this summer, 2018. My belongings had been in StorAmerica, Victorville CA on Industrial Boulevard for the past 6 years. Imagine my surprise with how intact all of my belongings were. There was NO DAMAGE to any of my property. I've used public storage before and have encountered my belongings covered in mouse feces, along with holes in some things and damage to my furniture from the mice chewing them. Because of previous bad experiences, I was hesitant to store my entire home in another public storage unit but I had to bite the bullet and just do it. EVERYTHING in my unit was in perfect condition. There were no droppings anywhere on my belongings or in the unit. Nothing had been chewed. The ONLY thing that was different with my belongings from when I first stored them in the unit, was dirt.........which was to be expected from living in the high desert with the high winds. It was not a lot of dirt at all, just a light covering of dirt/dust from 6 years of sitting in one place and not being moved. 'All I had to do was wipe off the boxes and viola, all was good. I had covered my furniture with blankets so it took very little cleaning to remove the dirt/dust. I am completely satisfied with the service I received from StorAmerica in Victorville, CA on Industrial Bouldevard. The entire place is always clean and orderly. I have never seen trash outside of anyone's unit or blowing around the compound. Sheila has been most helpful with any phone calls and is extremely pleasant to work with. If I have to store any of my belongings again, I will most certainly go to StorAmerica on Industrial Boulevard in Victorville, CA even though there is a storage unit company right down the street. I was most certainly pleased with them.

I was storing my apartment stuff here for a year while I bought a house, not a single problem. I was never worried about security, paying was easy, and management was always helpful. Five stars isn't enough.

Clean place, they are actually very helpful with all needs. Honestly I think their service is better than the other two storage facilities I've had over the years. I recommend this place to all.

I had the greatest experience at this storage facility. Sheila was extremely thourough in helping me get the best deal on storage . The facility was clean and in a safe location. I came into this location to make a payment for my mom and the girl at the front was extremely sweet and very helpful. She said she was new, I believe her name was Angela, but I think she is doing a great job. I hope the other locations have someone like her!

We have finally got out storage unit we have been trying to get for months now. I'm an over the road truck driver so it has been hard for me to get in the area. Anyways I finally got to look at the facility and it looks very secure and it is resonably priced. In very pleased. Its berry clean and the manager is berry friendly.

Sheila absolutely made my day. Superior customer care and accommodation. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and supportive of all of my needs. Hands down a fantastic experience. Clean and spacious unit. Very affordable and they allow you to use their moving truck!!!! They saved me money!!!

I stored my stuff here for 8 months and had a great experience! Very secure facility so I never worried once while I was gone. The staff was also very helpful and super friendly! They even offered to hold a spare key for me in the office while I was away in case I needed to have a friend pick something up or have something shipped. They also placed a taped seal over my lock so I could tell no one else had been in the unit. One tip for anyone else reading, put a cover over your stuff because the fine desert dust finds ways to get through the smallest gaps and on your stuff. The staff here certainly goes above and beyond to make sure any of your needs are met. 10/10 will store here again. Thank you!

We had a great experience with Sheila and the extra space facility. The units were clean as well as the grounds. It was nice, quiet and convenient. There were never any issues with security or other tenants. If we ever have another need for storage we will be back!

Yeah extra space storage is awsome. When there was water damage to my stuff becouse of a real nad storm. The property manager sheila was more than help full and helped me with my insurance claim for my damaged items. Thanks sheila

We had a great time at extra space storage. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and we felt like our stored goods were well protected and cared for. We did not find a single pest while cleaning out our unit so we know they are well maintained and hygienic. We would definitely use Extra Space Storage again in the future!

Always courteous and helpful. They make our storage needs easy and seamless and since we are busy travellers it makes a world of difference to have the peace of mind that are belongings are kept safe.

This is my first time to ever use storage and after shopping around I decided on extraspace due to the reviews on google and proximity to my place. I would say i am not disappointed. The reviews on google are pretty spot on. Storage area and office is clean. Sheila was very helpful and assisted us through the whole sign up. The site appears secure and I don't have apprehensions while I'm on site.
