I just recently got a storage unit here and it has been great so far. I reserved and paid for my unit online and only had to go to the office to finish up a couple things in person. Through No fault of the storage facility another customer had accidently put their lock on me unit instead of their own unit so the woman at the office (I think her name was Cinthia?)transfered me to another available unit so that I could still move my things in. With their system there was a $0.39 balance on my account that needed to be paid before she could transfer my unit and Cynthia paid it out of her own wallet because she said it wasnt my fault that another customer put a lock on the wrong locker. Another reason I give this storage facility 5 stars is because I rented the smallest unit available because the price was good and I did not expect to fit as much stuff in there as I was able to so I was pleasantly suprised. It does look small but with a little strategy you can stack and pack a lot in there.

I went in, initially and there were no available units for rent, Spoke with Cynthia and she took my info to call with any availabilities. She even indicated that's she's called around and was running into the same issue for other interested parties. Thankfully, I got a call the following afternoon informing me that they just had a previous renter vacate and to come right over, which I did. In the 3 minutes it took me to get from my house to the storage facility, she'd been notified that online sales was posting to the same available unit. She was able to complete everything in a timely manner in order for us to proceed with things with the assurance that I would be good... and she processed things as promised! Excellent service and more than accommodating.

Process was quick and easy. The only issue is gate hours are not as long as I need them to be but the month to month option does make it easier

Good deals, but dont try to take advantage of their "free truck" they have so many rules that even my commercial insurance which has 2 million dollars of coverage couldn't be accepted.

Excellent storage facility, they have sizes for everything that you own! You can get a small Locker all the way up to a 15 x 20 in fact there are other sizes also available. Reasonable rates and very clean facilities make this a wonderful place to store your overflow.

This is my first time renting a unit at a storage, StorAmerica Self Storage is a great place. Very clean and the personnel and extremely helpful and friendly. I recently had to go in to open my unit, I lost my keys to the lock and Juan was nice enough to help me cut the lock. I've had a storage unit for business here for six years. When I first came, Juan and Anita were running it.. Overall, it has been a very safe and secure facility. During the construction of the new overpass, Anita, who was the best customer service person around, always took care of me to make sure that there were signs and arrows so that we could work around the construction and get to our place. Sadly, I recently found out that Anita is no longer there. And that became apparent, because the place did not seem the same, however, Juan came back and I'm glad that he did. He is outstanding in meeting any needs. I emptied one of my units our recently and his staff worked with me to get everything checked out perfectly. When I'm in the office to make a payment, I hear Juan on the phone and he is always caring about the customer's needs. That assures me that he will take care of me if there is ever a problem.
