David is an amazing manager. One time i failed to lock my unit and he called to have me come and fix that. It's a large facility and he takes great care of it and his customers.
The manager David Armijo took care of onboarding me and has been super friendly and helpful the whole time, Thanks David. What a great storage place, everything made easy! I can drive right up to the door of my unit. The price is real good, and the hours are quite open, happy here!
I've been with StorAmerica for a minute now and I've never had any issues. I had a emergency due to a flood in my home. I had a small unit already and needed a much larger one. This facility is very clean and the manager is the best. From the first time I rented he has always been sincere and kind. He acts so professionally and responds so fast to whatever question I've had. Dave is by far the most perfect of a jewel in the landscape or storage managers that seem inept and unkind. He calls each month a few days before my rent is due to remind me to pay on time so that I do not get a fine for being late. He addresses this even with the most friendly and gracious 🙂 tone of voice. So unique....I recommend Store America for their prices but you may find Dave alone well be why you choose here.

I'm very disappointed being that the heat in Vegas is so real and that the units aren't climate controlled i would expect some sort of vending machine or just a water dispenser and maybe some cups or just a dang water hose to drink out of incase of severe dehydration. It should almost be common sense to have some method of hydration. Yes i had drinks when i arrived but it's Vegas the heat is real and I'm not saying free charge me even 5 bucks a bottle I'll take it. Something to consider if your going to be storing stuff there, remember to take plenty and more then normal plenty just in case.

David and the staff that I’ve met, has been wonderful. Friendly, courteous, helpful, patient and accommodating. I only did 4 stars to leave for improvement. However, if this is based off of this experience only. Then definitely 5 stars.

Truck for a day to move your stuff from 9am to 4pm all for $25 what a deal, for me I did not need the 20 miles for free I was under that and free gas on top of that, I so glad to come across your place thanks it did help me a lot 😀
Fast friendly service
StorAmerica Sirus is more helpful, efficient, knowledgeable, than any other local storage facility. I've used many through the years. The most important difference in StorAmerica Sirus and others is their attitude. They do not have that standard " storage attitude" that is so unique to storage facilities. They havent raised the rent every 3 months either. I've been there over a year. Their climate control is really climate controlled. In the summer heat its heaven! Getting in is easy. You can reach the gate code from the car no need to get out of your car. There is room for everyone to get to there storage. No crowding and blocking other units The only fault they have is they close too early. I have noticed other storage facilities trending to closing early too I still would rather be there with their many pluses and early close than anywhere else.
I had a wonderful man help me with my storage unit. The other day I was leaving out of town and I was running late and forgot to lock up my unit properly. Good thing David A. was working and looking out for me for 2 days he made sure no one came near my valuable items. I want to say this place is one of the best places to store your things . They work with you and in my case make sure my belongings were safe. Again thanks David A. next time I see you lunch on Me !!

The staff here is amazing! I went to pay on my father storage after he passed away and that's all I said and she knew instantly who he was told me she had been worried and looked on line to see if something had happened because he was always in there on the 1st. I hope that this company knows what an asset they have in Desire! She is awesome!! Goes above & beyond to help in any way feasible! Desire has helped me so many times I can't count. I have short term memory loss and she & others make sure they call me to remind me my bill is due. They may do this any way but they make me feel they care! I have rented here for 5 years, considered moving when I lost my air conditioned unit but have stayed because of Desire & staff. Only reason no 5 star is no air conditioned units, the closing time (we are night people & would like an option to have at least one evening open later) and lastly seems I have had several rate hikes this year, seems excessive. Otherwise fantastic company to do business with! Thank you!
I have a storage unit at this facility and the staff there is amazing. Truly a blessing to have them always smiling, eager to help and entirely professional. You upper management should clone Desiree and her assistant. Should they ever leave this facility I will also pack up and move on. Thank you for the new concrete greatly appreciated. My only complaint is the 6:45 p.m. gate time and closed on major holidays. Otherwise its a great place to rent.

I have been dealing with them for over a year now. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. The only drawback in my experience has been not always having access to my unit. They have very specific access hours which don't always align with my schedule.

DESIRE in the front office walked me through the property to show me a Unit to rent eithout a reservation and on short notice. I have used other storage places and I never felt relaxed around the staff, & never has another place worked with me in tough times the way these guys have!! They listen and they care. They helped me out when I opened up honestly about my stituation and that is when the awesomeness happen and they saved my life!!
