The staff at StorAmerica Cheyenne are very polite and professional. I experienced a very good introduction and thorough orientation. The facility and my storage unit is very clean and well maintained. After comparison shopping other facilities, I'm very satisfied with the value for the price.

I reserved a storage the same day that I needed it, but I didn't get all the details before paying (which was.my fault of course). So I will probably have to move out before the end of the month because they don't allow animals on the property. I just don't have anywhere to bring my dogs when I go there. Other than that, it was a decent place and it was only $29.99 to move in so as long as I move out on time, it was a good deal and the girl in the office (Amber I believe) was very nice and had great communication skills... I would recommend this place, so if you only need it for a month or less.

Great experience. Jason really made it easy for us. Moving with kids isn't easy and he really did make it easy for us. I highly recommend this place. The fact that you can use their truck makes it easier instead of spending sooo much money through uhaul.

Needed immediate storage and was able to easily and quickly (and cheaply) get a storage locker within an hour. Staff is friendly, storage locker is very clean and prices reasonable

I had a hard time finding a storage space at the last minute...I know a lot of people are moving, very glad I found this location. Jason was very helpful. Price was a pleasant surprise also.

Very Clean and the staff is very professional. I used the truck they have reserved for clients to move my stuff in my unit. Very secure and safe.

Sarah was amazing. We were there working for days trying to minimize two units down to one, organizing and finding things we could donate etc. She gave us information for the dump and its hours, suggestion for donation locations and even offered up the option/requirements if we wanted to utilize the big truck they have on site. Sarah never failed to have a smile on her face for us or for others. And considering how hot, tired, dusty and crabby we were. she was like a breath of fresh air! I am so glad this facility has her working there. Thank-you Sarah!!

We went in to get a 5x10 storage they gave us a deal at a lower price then seen online. Sarah Musick the office manager was really nice and efficient. She showed us the storage and broke down the pricing for us. We really like this storage and great customer service. Thank you

Jeff and the staff there are great to work with. I use the U-Haul at this location a lot, they are quick and knowledgeable and get you in a out with ease. Great customer service and love going there!

Great guy. Customer service is still in style here. Family operation, no application fees, etc. Deal wise, the space / size we needed was small. I received twice the space for $10 less than competitor per month.

I have rented a storage space from Edward's and find their customer service to be exceptional. The storage spaces are clean, access is easy and the hours are very accomadating for any schedule. I will always think of them when I have storage needs. Thank You
