We're Growing! StorAmerica's New Additions for 2018

StorAmerica is going through a late-year growth spurt, and we’re thrilled to share our developments with you!

We’re excited to announce the opening of StorAmerica Self Storage in Tempe, Arizona! Located at 7310 S. Priest Dr., StorAmerica Tempe opened under the StorAmerica name in December of 2018. This modern, all-indoor facility boasts nearly 600 air conditioned storage units, and includes spacious loading docks for convenient access. Nestled in between residential neighborhoods, office complexes, and a busy commercial hub (near major retailers such as Walmart Supercenter, Costco, and Ikea), StorAmerica Tempe is primed and ready to serve the community!

Another recent addition to the StorAmerica slate is the (almost) brand new StorAmerica Self Storage Baseline, located in Southwest Phoenix, Arizona. Situated at 1935 W. Baseline Rd. StorAmerica Baseline opened in September 2018, and was built from the ground up. It features nearly 700 outdoor and indoor, air conditioned storage units. Both StorAmerica Baseline and Tempe offer the same great amenities, including use of our free moving truck!

Lastly, we are now self-managing the StorageMax Office Suites located adjacent to StorageMax Self Storage at 8333 Foothill Blvd. in Rancho Cucamonga! Formerly known as Bear Gulch Office Suites, StorageMax Office Suites offers the best in commercial office space rentals, and we’re equipped to assist you in running your business smoothly, with features such as front desk reception, mail and package acceptance, high-speed internet, and conference rooms. Our services are available for both our office tenants as well as virtual tenants.

These recent developments join StorAmerica Smoke Ranch in Las Vegas, which opened earlier this year in April 2018. We hope to have some more exciting news to announce in 2019, so stayed tuned!
