This place is great and very easy to get to. Their prices aren't too bad for an air conditioning storage facility. The only thing that comes as a surprise is that this time around, for this month, July 2024, I was not informed that the storage unit price was increasing, and now the bill went from $105 to $114. I don't understand why the $9 increase and I think I should have been made aware of it before this month came along.

Staff was very friendly and helpful I used your services in the past and have been nothing but satisfied with the service.

I was sent a response on how your company can improve the business. I will say that customer service could be better. Customer service is hard to get in touch with but I will say that they rep did get back with me in a decent amount of time. I just gave it a three stars based on that including there is no way that you can pull up to your storage area. So if you have a large load it is more challenging to move into. Pricing is a little higher than what I expected based on what I have researched in compared to other storage companies in the area. That is about as much as I have to offer as a response. It may be a good fit for some I just wasn't satisfied from what information was given to me.

Was really nice when I first moved in 2 years ago. The place actually got cleaned. Have been asking for months for the lights in my units (I spend 2300 a month) to be changed since multiple are out. Always met with an excise as to why they won't be fixed. Cleanliness has gone down hill but besides that and not getting things fixed everything else is great here. Sad I have to write a bad review to get someone's attention to maybe get 2 bulbs fixed.

Used the moving truck and that was perfect for the needs. Transitioned to a smaller storage unit and the process was seamless. The new unit was clean and ready for move-in! Everyone there is soooo nice!

Easy last second move in. This was probably the smoothest transaction ever. Very transparent and accommodating. Very friendly and considerate. Moved daughter out in July in AZ. Probably 112 outside. When returning the FREE truck rental he noticed we were red and rushing to finish for water. He went out of his way to give my daughter and I ice cold water to help us cool down. Hands down the best experience I could have hoped for. Interior units are climate controlled, clean and well maintained. Floors are clean. White bay doors are spot free. Prices are reasonable and market positioned. Had to buy a lock from them and paid maybe a dollar more than I would have if I had made an extra trip to buy one. No price gouging no hidden fees. Full disclosure up front. If I ever need another unit I will rent from here exclusively.

I have not rented here yet but I will in the near future. The facility is very clean and well kept. I was assisted by Bill C. And his customer service skills were exemplary. He asked the right questions to determine how best to assist me. He was patient as well. I definitely recommend this location. Mainly just so that you can be welcomed by Bill C.

I never thought I would have a favorite storage facility, but this is the one. Great service, and considerate employees. The guy filling in on Saturday was just as great as the manager of the location. They do it right.

Dr Garza is the best! Our long time vet retired recently from this clinic. So when we had to see a new vet we were apprehensive. Dr Garza exceeded our expectations. She is so caring & passionate. She listens to our concerns and explains things in terms that we understand. Dr Garza does not do unnecessary tests or procedures. Will highly recommend her.

Generally to store your valuables...you find that over a years period you paid what $85 dollars per month...to save that dusty chair

It was great. The gentlemen who took care of me was extremely fantastic.

First of all the customer service here is Professional and 5 Star for sure. I dealt with Bill and Jesica after being on the road moving all the way from San Jose California. Jesica was amazing did my paperwork super fast and thorough as we were running out of time due to I showed up late right before closing. Bill was equally amazing as he helped me with the elevator and the door And assisted me to my storage unit as I had my hands full rushing to beat the clock. Also if you’re looking for a storage place that is clean and spotless, free of bugs and rodents this is it. I hope that everybody in Arizona is as nice and pleasurable to do business with as Bill and Jessica are.

Overall great experience. Some minor glitches but nothing that gave to much problems. The appointment setter was not real clear on things but fortunately the manager was prepared for these things and took care of it quickly. As everyone knows moving can be very stressful and there are many people and places that promise to make the experience easier but most don’t follow through right? Well Jonathan at StorAmerica makes the process as painless as possible all well doing so with a smile on not only his face but his attitude!!! StorAmerica delivers great move in deals with a free truck (literally no catches), and spells out all fees very clearly and appears to wanna work with renters!! I have now rented a storage unit for about a year and so far I am happy overall. I do like that it is all indoor and climate control and seems to be well-maintained. I must mention that in some places the lighting is very inconvenient. My experiences with Jonathan have been great, but there was another employee, a much older woman (I think her name was Pam) that really struggled doing her job. She was nice, but I had to help her find the lockers, she didn't know where she was going, couldn't remember if she locked the door, and she barely could do the paperwork for me to go from two small units and transfer to a larger unit. The paperwork was a mess, not clear, and I have absolutely no idea if I was billed appropriately. The employee didn't know either and said that I'd better check with another employee and bring my receipts to make sure the transactions were done correctly! Since the paperwork and process was very messy and more complicated than it needed to be, I was unable to help her figure it out and make sense of it. I guess I'll ask Jonathan some other time. I also wanted to add another experience I just had here. The beginning of January is a busy time for this place as one might imagine. They just don't have enough dolly carts during busy times, and people who are moving come in with big trucks, block the front entry and hog all the dolly carts! I complained, along with several others and Jonathan did tell the movers to stop and we were able to get one small dolly cart. The big movers were still blocking a lot of the entry when I left. We will have to buy our own dolly cart unfortunately. Carrying all our boxes 1 by 1 would've been a huge problem. They should get a few more carts or enforce a rule that only one cart can be used per renter during busy times!

Jonathan is amazing🌞. I cannot say how spotless the front lobby is and the customer service he provided was beyond anything I've ever had. I've worked as a rep in customer service, credit analyst, and for HW. This is what I long for when I need a service provided to me. My day was hectic and he provided everything I needed and took a burden off finding the perfect unit. Thank you for all that you do Jonathan🌞My move and year just started off on a high note🌞

Went to Fuddruckers in Tempe. Ordered the 1 pound burger with fries and a tea. Killed it. Burger was cooked perfect and juicy. Fries were thick. Did not care for them as well as skinny fries

This is by far the cleanest most well kept storage facility I've ever been to and dealt with. Marcus was absolutely amazing, very polite, friendly and very helpful!! Cant say enough good things about this place, I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone!!!

Climate controlled, dual elevators for second floor access, very nice support staff, carts on site and very reasonable rates. Would definitely use US storage again. Wish the staff was there a bit later in the evening.

Nice & clean state of the art facility, which includes a pull in garage to unload items. Plenty of outside parking, which also allows POD-like containers to be dropped off. William McBride, the property manager is top notch to put it briefly. Superior customer service skills, friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and an overall amazing person I had the pleasure of working with. I have never stored my belongings so I was not sure what to expect, but William made sure to get me on the right size, and made signing up extremely easy and painless! I was also in a bit of a rush and he accommodated to my situation, and all I can say is I am 110% satisfied. If you are unsure and shopping around just stop by and you will not be disappointed coming in to US Storage Centers and working with William, or any of the lovely staff.

Top notch facilities; highly secure, the HVAC system is weapons-grade, super clean, and my man William at the front desk redefines customer service and courtesy - incredibly helpful, friendly as can be, and made the entire process of settling into my space there a breeze - even though I am just renting one of their smallest units. Tl;dr William is the greatest person I've ever met, it's clean as heck, and prices are fair. William is the actually the nicest and most genuine human being I have personally come across in my lifetime. He's extremely personable and was willing to show me multiple storage units and answer all of my questions. Going around on the tour and talking with him was like hanging out with an old buddy. I should add that the facility is impeccable when it comes to it's cleanliness and all of the storage units are clean and neat. I also think that the prices are extremely fair and they have multiple ways to alert you of an upcoming bill. There really isn't anything you could point out that's wrong with this place

This storage center is everything you look for with your storage needs. The price is great, facility is clean and convenient with large sliding doors at the entrance for easy moving. The gem of this property though is William McBride. There are few people in this world born for customer service and he is one of them. He greeted everyone who walked in the office even if he was with another customer. He is knowledgeable, warm and funny. Not many people can greet a customer by name the next day after meeting them but William gave me a warm hello when he saw me in the halls moving my belongings into storage. The first unit I got ended up not being large enough and William was happily willing to take additional time out of his day to get me a larger one. Every conversation with him is full of laughs. I am glad this storage center was at the top of my google search and I will recommend it or come back if I need storage facilities again. Great place, great people!

If you're reading this, then you're probably looking for somewhere to store your stuff. This is the place. William, the manager, is the man. He'll help out with anything you need. The whole place has AC on blast and security cameras at every corner so I never had to worry about my stuff. I only planned on renting for a month but i ended up staying for 3. If I ever need space again in the future, I will go out of the way to come back here.

William was super helpful, it was very easy to book a storage room and move in. He was patient, kind, and knowledgeable with helping me pick the right size unit and made sure to find me the best deal. The storage facility looks brand new, very clean, and secure!

Seriously this place outdoes every storage place in the valley.... Went to public storage first thinking it was my only option but decided to look around after seeing the condition and prices of the units.... William the manager at this location had a unit ready to go and got me set over the phone... The units are air conditioned and 100 times cleaner than that of public storage not to mention almost half the price..... I can't get over the drastic difference in quality and customer service.... William was not try to push add ons like public storage did...

I walked in the storage facility a few minutes late (at closing time) and the manager was very pleasant and helped me with my storage unit. He stayed late and he didn't have to do that, I really appreciate the excellent customer service received. The facility is clean and well lit. I am happy to know my personal belonging are safely stored.

Meet with the manager William and he was very polite and informative provided me with all the information that was requested. Took us on a tour of the facility showed us several spaces and explained the security in the storage area. Although the facility is new and still has some construction going on it was clean and pleasant.

My search for a storage place is finally over! My family is in need of a place to store their things when they move out here from California so I decided to research early. Even though I will not be storing here just yet I can't let this facility get unrecognized for such stunning display and not to mention the phenomenal service I received from William McBride who is the property Manager at this location. I only stopped in to compare prices and thought it would be just like the other self storage places but I was definitely wrong. Not only for it being brand new but I love the fact that it's more convenient for the handicap which is a plus hands down. The atmosphere is very comfortable and settling that I believe I won't have to worry about a thing. Thank you William for being amazing and will rent with you soon.

This place is absolutely amazing! Customer service was the best I have seen and William took me and showed me a few units and didn't even get frustrated with me when I couldn't make up my mind. Best place ever, give it a shot and you won't be let down!
