I helped move somebody out of their storage shed a 20 by 30. Great place to store your stuff but you better be a good rat if you wanna make it in-and-out of the maze like system they have.

Came to pick up a unit that was bought at auction and they were great from start to finish. Looks to be a decent area with it located to major stores and food

I have always been very satisfied with my contact with your employees,they have always been very helpful and courteous. The facility is always very clean. I like the ease of access in and out.

The service was excellent. There is a ton of security cameras in the building. They have supplies available for sale such as locks. They have carts you can use to haul your stuff.

Ricci did great!! She struggled with no credit card machine, no paper in printer, no signature pad, but she held it together. Ricci is a valuable employee and can handle any situation.

Nice, clean place with indoor climate control (NOT cold air conditioning) along with decent pricing that I'm told won't increase for at least 6 months. Only downside is to the hours... Closes daily at 7pm *****REVISION: tonight I was iny car backed up to the entry door at 6:40 pm and the employee walked right past me and proceeded to lock the doors. I tried my code to no avail, front office was locked and dark, and message system took my call. I waited and finally the man came out to leave 6:50 and basically told me it was too bad. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED! I ONLY NEEDED TO GET OUT ONE BOX AND DROVE OVER 30MIN TO GET THERE.

After looking at many different storage facilities, I chose StorAmerica in Mesa. Most of the storage units are inside, and have climate control. Great, I needed that. The unit I rented was bigger and the pricing was less than other facilities, for units that didn't have climate control. Stephan was really nice and helpful. Keep the facility map with you...the place is huge! 😁

The staff was informative and friendly. We were shown where we could unload clostest to the unit and where it was located.

Walked in, explained my situation. Jessica from the front desk knew roughly the size unit I'd need based on the U-Haul I had, and then was able to get me a fairly reasonable rate and answer any questions I had arise. She even went above and beyond to help better my experience with the location.

She is just a breath of fresh air to talk to and she works with you and she is so polite with her delivery with anything and she is hilarious too. At first I wasn’t getting any call backs from my messages. But once I connected with someone in the office it was great. She was very nice and helpful.

This place is a maze and they close the door at 7pm. We had to rush, rush rush and we got there at 4pm but so much to do

The facility is ver clean and well lighted. The front desk personnel were very friendly and knowledgeable. They give the free use of a moving Van with a 20 free miles.

This is a newer location than some that I researched. It is located well & has 2 access points to the storage rooms. Jonathan was extremely pleasant & helpful with my move in process. Lots of storage & completely indoors which is great for the Arizona summers. Great rates & excellent access to bring in belongings. Recommend checking this location out!!

Nice new facility for a great price and use of a free van for moving day! You can't say that about many storage facilities, you can't beat that deal! Also i commend the fantastic idea of converting the space that was one half of Power Square Mall. I love seeing the mall open still a long with this place helping it out. One recommendation is more carts for moving stuff in and out and also more than 2 parking spots to unload. Also the amazing free van has occupied one of those spaces on more than one occasion when we have had to visit the unit having to wait our turn with one person using the facility. Maybe store the van in another avaliable spot when not in use. Other than that this place deserves its 5 star review. I'm happy we found it! Oh and one more thing...great music playing while you are moving stuff. Makes a difference to me, don't change the station!👍

Great facility, Moved our stuff out of another storage place it was getting cover in dust and some stuff was getting ruined. We decided on here cause it was new, air cooled and great rates. Pam took care of us I highly recommend.

When I first called the woman was very respectful and did everything she could to help me know what size of storage I needed. Once I got there she showed me the storage which made me feel she had the knowledge of knowing what size I really did need. When I finished paperwork she let me know that they had dollies to make it easier to load my things into the storage faster. What I enjoyed the most is since they didn't have a truck for me to use, they are willing to give me a 50.00 credit to my storage bill next month.
