Reserving my space online was easy. The location is just 5 minutes from my apartment, the facility is always clean. My 5x5 space is just big enough for the extra stuff I just don’t have room for right now.

It was a good experience and the facility is very clean. I just don't like having to purchase the different kind of lock. When I'm done storing my stuff what do I do with this lock?? Also, no carts, apparently they have been stolen. So I have to carry my heavy items from my car all the way to the locker. 🙄 Other than those 2 issues, I'm fairly pleased with this storage facility.

I was looking for a storage unit and decided to go to the location on 99th and Camelback. Rani was very helpful and went above and beyond. I was referred to the location in Northern with Dave as I am renting long term and it had a better option for me. Both Rani and Dave were amazing with a quick, friendly, and genuine service. I 100% recommend and share my experience for anyone interested. Not to mention both facilities are beyond clean and neatly organized.

This is a great storage facility. From the from desk to the bathrooms. I have a storage unit as-well as a Rv spot. Both are clean and they stay clean. This is mainly because coleen is on top of everything! She’s professional, personable and genuine - Very hard to find nowadays. I highly recommend them !

Colleen and David were very accommodating! I wasn't sure if I needed a 5x10 or larger. They allowed movers to determine size day of move. Saved a lot of money. Property is very clean and well maintained. I feel very comfortable knowing expensive furniture and personal belongings in good hands.

Mind Blowing I almost thought I was in a scary movie because the customer service was that impressive! I felt like I was on a peaceful tour that was better than the ones you pay high dollar for. Simply amazing. Thank you. The lady who helped me could and should be a trainer for customer service that's effectively completing it's mission and an experience that you can feel and remember to leave one less thing to worry about and restoring a little bit of peace in such a stressful moment in life.

Nice facility. RV storage has an additional layer of security to prevent people who don't have a need to be in the RV storage area from accessing it. Plenty of room to navigate large RV's in the compound. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone.

Well...first of all you have Colleen at front desk and being a new facility made it very appealing. Clean and really up to date. Love the fact their prices are somewhat more reasonable than other places and just all around good people to work with. Just like their work ethic.

The staff was competent and friendly. The location was close to me, clean, secure, and has a very nice layout. I was in and out quickly when I set up my unit rental and was treated very well.

The facility is new and very clean. Got a great “ starter” deal with them for a storage unit that I wasn’t going to be using too long. Colleen was great handling my short term needs.
