Connor and Garret at the ‘StorAmerica’ facility at DC Ranch in Scottsdale are the best! They’re always available, and extremely mindful of your needs. The storage rental rates are extremely reasonable. That facility is brand new, clean, and air-conditioned, with elevators and dolly carts. It’s proven to be the best storage place I’ve ever found; and I’ve had quite a few over the years.

So far so good with them. The onboarding experience was far smoother than I experienced with Public Storage (whom I would advocate you staying far far far away from) and the facility is exponentially more secure, clean, and cheaper (per sq ft) when you account for just how tall the spaces are. Again, avoid Public Storage especially the one on Hayden Road in Phoenix, and so far so good

The quality of the facility is top notch - impeccably clean. The service from Brenda was phenomenal - even when I needed a last minute change to get a larger unit. The prices are better than any other location around. Use their free truck on move-in - so handy!!

This facility is new and clean, elevators are near the unloading zones which is perfect for sheltered unloading during any kind of weather. They also have a free 20’ truck to use locally for your moving needs which is great. The Manager was very kind and good during my recent rental space contract.

Austin gave outstanding customer service. I am very happy with my choice And, a year later I went back again because of the service, value, and glad that Austin is still there. He's a stand out and takes real care. The facility is great, clean and well organized. *it's a year later and I recently downsized to a smaller unit. Nick is the new manager and he was just as fantastic as Austin the prior manager. Excellent service, really fair pricing, clwan facility. Highly recommend.
Mick was very helpful. He checked us in with a rental and was very knowledgeable in regards to the rules and regulations.
A few positives, a few negatives, but please read all the way through. First and foremost in a positive light, the manager Austin, as as the rest of the employees there, have always done their best to accommodate answer all questions, and have proven to be a very strong and positive work group from this facility to its customers. My only two actual negatives about the storage facility, one - is that since the coronavirus has hit the storage units have gone up so much in cost they are literally outrageous, but then what are you to do, LOL. Two - at this particular location because of an instance having not to do with the majority of the customers, the bathrooms are only available if someone is on duty with the key, and as a general contractor I am usually in there very early or very late and not during office hours, which can make it very difficult when storing tools if I need to use the restroom which means driving over a mile away. I think the positives of this place far outweigh any negatives and will continue to do business with them for years to come.
The site person was very friendly and helpful. The facility is well appointed and very clean. The best part was the fact that I could use a box truck that they have onsite to move my stuff. It has a great location right off of the freeway. I would highly recommend.

Everyone was great. I may have to move on, I think it is crazy you only have small carts to move furniture. The guy in the office said everyone destroyed them. The big normal one so they could be used. It’s a storage company. I guess you get rented anyway but just crazy to me.

I have now rented 3 different storage units from dc ranch StorAmerica. Each has been an excellent experience. Both Austin and Brian are so helpful and efficient. They made sure I got the best deal possible and tried their best to make sure I got in and out quickly so I could get to work on time.

This was a fantastic experience. We were late by three days because we were moving across the country from Virginia to Arizona, and they were flexible the entire time. They still held our unit for a great price, and were very easy to work with the entire time. The facility is very efficient and clean. I would highly recommend using them if you are in the area.
