Friendly lady that works there in the office front desk .. she s very patience and gave me the time to make sure our communication. Was clear and understood . Writing on paper and pen because I'm deaf. The deal was truly very cheap and affordable .

Clean, convenient access, friendly

Beatrice, the property Mgr was very professional and courteous when answering my needs. The place is very clean. It's frustrating when you can't get a hold of someone at the property and you get someone in the call center who tries helping you but their computer system froze up. They can't be held accountable for that but I believe a better computer system and or IT person should be seriously considered if you want better customer service.

The place is well kept, I would have given it 5 stars if their online booking wasn’t a burden to their employees and created a poor experience for customers. Between what the online offers and what the in person attendants say and do, the customer ends up loosing because of their small letter policies and procedures.

Too expensive!! I've been here three years and they've increased the fees at least 5 times. I want to leave and will soon. They do keep the place clean though and my unit is a pull up one. Love the convenience

I am writing this review to acknowledge Mila at this location for her commitment to “getting the job done” and willingness to do as much as needed to resolve my issue. This location has a serious postal problem where incoming mail is delivered to and old/no longer used postal box. Other than Mila, it seems no one routinely checks for mail, and yes, mail is delivered there! Each time I’ve been dinged (5 times) for late fees, the other employees shrugged me off and told me to complain to the post office. Mila, however, surmised the check could be in the old mailbox and took the initiative to go there and yes, found my check and other mail. She is the example of a person you want to manage the business. She deserves a 5-star rating. As for the other staff, who are pleasant, but not helpful, they get 2-stars.

The gentleman who signed me up at the locust location was very helpful and friendly. You're employees have been truly wonderful and I'll always remember their kindness and professionalism.

Had a great experience. Every place I called was full. When I called Storamerica they had one unit left in the size I needed that was vacated an hour earlier. Tifany guided me through the process very professionally. She was a pleasure to to work with. I even bought a lock from her. The communication was excellent and I felt comfortable with intrusting my belongings with this company. I was immediately grateful that the first place we had looked at was rude. They were very helpful in making everything go smoothly. I was very happy with everything. There is one thing they could improve and that is having access to a cart so you can cart your boxes into the inside units. Im handy cap so this was tough. Just make it where you use an I.D to check one out. I had to get someone to move my things inside fir me.

Very clean and reasonable. I have been there so long that I haven't established a relationship with management. They truly do care about their customers and are always willing to help out. The property is clean and there are lots of cameras on the property to prevent beak ins. If I could change one thing that would be to be able to access our storage units on holidays.unlike all other storage facilities this one closes on holidays and doesn't allow you access to the property.

The property is beautiful and above the stander but prices are lower then u-haul, Ms Venessa was very professional and provider great customer service, plus the free truck with free fule was perfect. Yes i will, recommend them to everyone.
