The BEST STORAGE CENTER… fair priced, CLEAN spotless inside and outside...it’s also in a really nice new area unlike other storage centers. The Amazing part of the experience is the manager… nice respectful Professional helpful and always saying Hi to customers who she treats like guests in her home. I pulled up and she was cleaning the center, greeted me with a warm smile and was extra nice. That’s never happened at other storage centers over the years, she’s very SPECIAL. ITS ACTUALLY A PLEASURE TO GO THERE, it looks more like a HOTEL

Wow! All I can say is GO! Cheryl made the process quick, efficient, and easy. Despite having two tired toddlers with me, Cheryl made sure we were comfortable, well versed on the facilities and financials, and made sure I left with the exact unit to fit my needs. This place is $100 cheaper than anything I saw at uhaul for same sizing! 6am-9pm access is wonderful. No cash accepted, bring a card! Thank you Cheryl!

Being new to Anthem area we stopped by Anthem Storage in search of a nice secure parking space for our motorhome. Not only is Anthem Self Storage & Rv a great clean facility with easy access, secure and reasonable prices, the management team is exceptional! Cheryl has been amazing, from our first contact to now! Had a great experience at Anthem Storage & RV. We have to move our Class B RV from our driveway in the Anthem Country Club after having it there for over 2 and a half years. Contacted Anthem Storage & RV and they set me up with a space while I and another neighbor see if we can work with the HOA to allow Class B RVs in the driveway as they are no larger than a van and we both use them as second vehicles. The staff I worked with was very helpful and friendly. They showed me the spot, made sure my gate code worked, and showed me where the wash area was and the dump station. I highly recommend them.

I first want to start off by saying what an amazing deal I got I’m so thankful that anthem storage had a unit available for me milo went above and beyond to explain in great detail all of the steps of becoming a renter not only did he explain in great detail he also checked on me multiple times to make sure I was doing ok and that I had everything I needed he was extremely nice and polite one of the best customer service experiences I highly recommend him someone give this man a raise

I am giving a high rating because of Milo the property manager! He is amazing goes above and beyond super conscientious, meticulous, and personable. My only complaint is that you're not open on holidays and holidays is when people usually move as most people work. That would be my only suggestion for changes. The lighting can be also a little dim in there because they've taken a light bulb out of every light bulb fixture in the entire facility so make sure you have a headlamp or something to see into your storage unit because they are pretty dark. Also always check the internet rates as you will do much better by going on the internet and renting a unit then going in. It's faster and you can find a deal there!

Using Anthem Storage for our houseful of possessions was an absolute pleasure. Milo is wonderful to work with . . . . he patiently took us step by step through the process of renting a unit, explaining everything thoroughly, he made sure we'd locked our storage unit correctly after movers put all of our worldly possession in there, and he did it all with a smile! Can't ask for better than that!

Very nice storage facility, but a little pricey.

We are very satisfied with the efficient way Milo assigned us our RV space and on very short notice. We had signed up at different storage lot sight-un-seen. When we showed up it turned out to be a dive and when one of the four sheriff officers on scene investigating a crime advised us not to park there, we were in a bind at 5pm on a Friday night. With a call to Anthem we were able to secure a clean and secure RV parking spot in an hour and not have to worry about our coach. Thanks again Milo!

Excellent experience. I had called Milo earlier in the week and he was ready for me to complete the paperwork when I came in on Friday. However, the computer system went down over the weekend and I was unable to get in the building to do my loading. Perhaps a new upgraded system should be considered.

Above and beyond service from Milo running the place. The entire facility is immaculate spotless but not uncomfortable or pretentious. I was able to obtain unit exactly what I needed I called at night time and left a message with my name and number and they called back super early in the morning and told me that I would have a unit available then Milo stayed late and waited for me so I could get my credit card to secure the unit then he took me to it and the one next to it so I could see it with my own eyes and be sure that I wanted it they explained all of the processor going through the gate how to punch the code in any possible problems that there could be and honestly yes it's very very very expensive to have a unit there for the largest one I am paying over $400. So now that I have realized that there is definitely a premium involved in storage units in the month of April LOL, it definitely makes one reconsider the items they are choosing to store versus giveaway. Thank you very much to Anthem storage and RV we appreciate your time and effort and helping us get a unit.

We have had nothing but an amazing experience from the first phone call to moving our stuff. This is all because of the young gentleman that works there who’s name is Coltan. Coltan is bright eyed and super friendly, he spreads this energy to all of the customers and makes you want to work there too!

Recently Reserved a storage space on line, but had to complete the process in person due to already having homeOwners insurance. Online was easy and I could reserve what size unit, inside or outside and floor level. To complete the signing up I went to the office. Melissa was friendly and thorough with the entire process (from check in, moving in, payment, to moving out). Building is clean and safe. We just moved our items to the unit less than a week ago. So far I’ve been pleased.

A week in I have to say this is the best storage experience I’ve ever had! With three kids I’ve used storage units for various reasons during college and young adult life. This is the best place with the friendliest employees. It’s very clean too!

Every experience with Anthem Storage has been very positive. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The website interface is simple and easy to use and makes it hassle free. The facility is very clean and we're grateful for the air conditioning in our unit. The price was very reasonable and we love being able to get the loss protection just for the peace of mind. The only thing that I can see that could use some improvement are the loading dollies. The only one I like to use is the one with the caster wheels at the handle end. I didn't check to see if you can move the handle on the other carts but heavy loads are a challenge to maneuver. We visited U-Haul before choosing Anthem Storage and found this location a better fit for us.

There are plenty of carts available upon entry, and the freight elevator had room enough for two full carts to be transported at the same time, maximizing efficiency of the move. I was hesitant to rent a second floor unit, but it was very easy and accessible to load and unload belongings.

Melissa was very efficient and courteous. She walked us through the storage routine which was very helpful. The unloading dock is great.

Mellisa has been very helpful ever since I contacted her in November. We are relocating from the mid-west, and she has helped me with the logistics, as well as following up with me as we got close to move-in time. They were able to get me adjoining units, so the moving company had no problems unloading.

This storage place is amazing! You will hear Melissa mentioned in other reviews and she is as amazing as they say! They took care of us and helped out and went above and beyond. As far as the facility, it is also amazing! Especially for an RV'er. They have a FREE RV wash station and a place to fill up tires and your radiator with water. This is a big deal for RV people especially in this area as there is no other place around to wash your RV. I would recommend this place to anyone! It is a great place!

Our experience at Storage at Anthem has been wonderful. We have a nonprofit and visit our indoor unit multiple times a week and sometimes at odd hours. The property and main building are always clean and we feel safe even late at night. The staff is always friendly and willing to accommodate our special requests. Our monthly community service projects are a success thanks to the convenience and support of Storage at Anthem.
