I rented a storage unit at Happy Valley Storage for just over a year. I found a great deal online and didn’t receive a rate increase until the 12 month mark - the amount was minimal. I probably could have negotiated the rate but I was in the process of moving my boxes out of state. The facility is locked with many cameras. You need a code to get in the gate and into the facility or an alarm sounds. I found the facility to be very clean and the temperature was always reasonable, never too hot. There were two carts just inside the sliding door that could be used to move items. The staff was always helpful, professional and pleasant. The storage facility is in a great location in Peoria, close to Vistancia, and very close to the 303. I never had any issue or concern with the safety/security of my items. I found this storage center to be better maintained than other ones that I’ve used. I don’t give five stars lightly.

Overall my experience this far has been very positive. The location is convenient and kept in very clean order. The staff I’ve dealt with have all been very helpful and extremely professional. My feedback on areas for improvement include: 1. Longer hours to access the unit especially in the backend. A 7pm close time is too early, I’d prefer at least 9pm. 2. The dolly’s provided are far too flimsy and small for the larger units. I’ve never seen a facility use small, light weight carts like this in any facility I’ve used. Tim

The facility manager (KS) was great and I'm sorry I don't remember his name. He showed me the units and how to get in and out of the facility.

Just moved my stuff in and it was easy breezy. Booked everything online then went down to the office to show my ID a few days later, etc… Super nice and helpful girl in the office. In and out in minutes. Then moving in was also a breeze; large hallways, big elevators and carts to help move your stuff. The whole property was clean, cool and safe. Have zero complaints!

Great in every respect!

I've been at Happy valley storage now for about a year. I like their security it's pretty intense. You need a code to get in and out. And their cameras everywhere so I feel that my storage space is very secure. I got a great price and it really hasn't changed much I just wish their hours were a little bit longer.

Just thought the person whom I spoke to on the phone and in person once could have been more clear about what paperwork was required to complete the rental agreement.

Very clean place. Employees working there are very cordially, location are very convenient and easy access, as customers we experienced last few weeks of July some delays at office because computer/internet issues, please fixed these software/computers/internet ASAP, it was frustrated for every body.

Very nice storage facility. I chose happy valley storage mainly because of it's location. Jaime was very helpful and patient. If you're anything like me, you want to see several units before you decide on one. Good prices for the location.

Fabulous facilities. Climate control storage. Customer service is outstanding.

This is a newer facility and is maintained very well. We decided to move out of our old storage and to a facility that was closer to home. This is a great upgrade. Jamie made the process easy to secure the ideal unit. He was very through in explaining how everything worked and all of their policies. All Covid Safety protocols are being followed to keep everyone safe. Having carts for carrying boxes made the transfer even easier. Highly recommend!

I use Happy Valley storage as my go-to. Maybe I have too much stuff, but I found myself needing multiple units while I was moving and they hooked me up with the best option, and best price around. The facility is new, clean, and inexpensive. The only reason for not giving them 5 stars is because they are not 24/7.

I really appreciated Abraham, he was so accommodating and patient while I asked a million questions. He showed me everything and made sure I got just what I needed. The facility is so clean and nice, I'm a happy lady.

We were looking for a 10 X 20 unit with two doors. None were available so we decided to get one with one door. When we went back to do our paperwork, Jamie surprised us with a 10 X 20 with two doors that had just become available. He went out of his way to help us. Great service.

The facility is remarkably clean, and the person manning the desk (Abraham) was very efficient and knowledgeable. All in all, an excellent operation.

Jamie is a dram tp work with. This is our second unit we rented with him. The storage facility was immaculate and very comfortable (a/c was on). Happy we decided to go with Happy Valley storage!

While I cannot say I’m thrilled with the hours of operation (or holidays) whereas numerous storage facilities have much expanded availability with/without staff on-hand; the price, facility and customer service more than make this the option of choice. The folks running and working for the company obviously care and do their best to make that clear from the moment you enter.

Very well run and friendly, and the access is good. All new and clean. The one ding I have is that the carts for hauling stuff to the units are a bit flimsy and on the small side.

I had set up a online rental very easily, however after packing everything for the drive from CA I realized that I had rented a unit that was too small. I was able to easily move up a size and still keep the promo for the first month. Great customer service!

The staff did an outstanding job. The 10x20 is like brand new and a real positive is that the doors open from both sides. The only negative is that you have to key in your code every 5 minutes to keep the doors from locking when your loading or unloading. It would be great to have bigger flat beds. Overall great storage facility.

Easy process and customer service of staff was excellant

Abraham is a wonderful person, he was so helpful answering all our questions and took time to explain and show us our unit we rented, how the keypads worked for entering the facility and how to make sure to also use the keypad by the outside door to turn off the alarm to our unit. We were also very impressed how clean the facility is and having the carts available for moving our items made to whole process very smooth! We would recommend this facility to everyone, you cannot go wrong!

I am so happy I am there it is so nice and clean workers are so hospitable. The only thing is it closes to soon. I have a deadline to move and closing to soon makes it harder to meet that deadline.

Jaime was great 👍 The only thing is they close too early at 7pm. And most days I work till 9pm. 24 hour access would be so much more convenient. So I dont know how long I will keep the unit. I need a longer time frame. ( Hours of Operation ). But customer service was great.
