Facility is extra ordinary, clean very well organized with great technology. The property is heavily monitored, and it’s not just a façade. The interior storage areas are immaculate. I know my unit has lighting in it and I am sure all units have lights which is a huge bonus that many other facilities don’t have.

Finally decided to rent a small space for a short time. Been in AZ. five years now still not finished unpacking. We decided to get all the leftover boxes out of the house so we can see what we have room for. There was a brand new storage business that just opened less than one mile from our house, this would be the perfect spot. I called them and talked to a nice girl about all the stuff needed to decide on our needs. Told the girl we would be there in about one hour. When we got there they closed early. 3:30 in the afternoon. She never said " if you are wanting a space you need to be here by *** a certain time. When we got there they were closed. This made me go somewhere else. Sure glad that happened. This is a great place Tammy is wonderful. They are just over one mile from our house. Plenty of open time to get in and out. Price was in line with everyone else. So far love it. YOU can't go wrong coming here.

Friendly clean quick

We have been with surprise storage for approximately 3 years in the same RV spot. We recently moved to a different spot that had more shade. We had to do new paperwork which was not a big deal & everything went smoothly. The problem we have is the monthly cost…it keeps going up, but the services are not any different than what was offered 3 years ago.

Great customer service! It was a fast and easy process to rent a storage unit and all of my questions were answered.

So far so good. Today is my first full day of using them but they were very courteous and helpful in helping me choose the right size storage room and getting everything started.

Very good experience, but would recommend extending access hours to 9 PM. There are a lot of us out there that could use that extra 2 hrs. For instance, last evening I had a mover help me with a piece of furniture that he could only help me move at about 6....we barely had time to make it out of the building...not real good for the nerves...

It was so simple to rent a space for my trailer. Filled out the rental forms online, stopped by the office to finalize things & done. Loved how easy it was.

Very good service. Got a great deal for my first 2 months rent. They also have a truck you can reserve ($50 deposit needed but will be returned).

Great customer service. Chris was very knowledgable and got me setup and the paperwork done quickly and efficiently. His tour of the facility helped me easier see where my locker was in relation to the entry doors. The facility is one of the cleanest I have ever rented.

My father recently passed away and left quite a few outdoor recreational vehicles behind. I needed a place to not only store, but be able to show and sell said vehicles, and I needed it fast. Chris at Surprise Self Storage was beyond helpful and compassionate. He got me exactly the space I needed, and in less than one hour I was able to relocate the first vehicle to the storage lot. Very nice newer storage facility. The staff is friendly and informative. The units are very clean and secure. There is layers of security, from codes required to enter and exit the grounds also code required to enter the climate controlled building. Very glad with our choice of this facility.

UPDATE ON REVIEW from 11/4/20: Chris called me and apologized for the miscommunication with the truck rental when my assistant reserved a unit last month. To make up for what had happened and the inconvenience that resulted because of it, next month's rent is discounted and we can use the moving truck whenever we need to move items into or out of the unit. We appreciate the call back to make amends, which is good customer service! Thank you Chris, we appreciate you making it right!

I had a fantastic experience with Surprise Self Storage (StorAmerica), there are several reasons for this. -The first month/intro rate is incredible, $29.99 to get me started -The monthly rate is nearly $100 less than what I was paying at Uhaul -THE SERVICE was great, first dealing with Tammy on the phone then Chris the property manager in person. Chris was so very helpful and flexible. -THE COMPLIMENTARY USAGE OF THE TRUCK, this was a BIG ONE for me. You can see they are intent on growing and satisfying their customers, always a company I want to work with when this is the attitude. -The facility is new and in great shape. The access is simple and easy, I've had more storage units in my young life than I would have liked so I have experience with a handful of facilities and companies, this facility has great access options. I can say up to this point, this has already been the best storage experience I have had.

Love this place! Chris & Tiffany were very helpful and they even offered me a reasonable price better than other places. I love that one has straight access to the elevator from the loading/ unloading dock. Everything is very convenient. Just make sure you don’t miss the key pad when going out of the property. It’s kind of far back from the gate, we drove right pass it🙄
