The staff was very nice to us with regards to our needs.

Elevator was boarded up with a sign saying "temporarily out of service". I understand things happen. A text, email or VM would have been helpful. All in all the place is clean and staff is friendly and helpful.

I already had a 10X15 unit but when I suddenly had to move, Lindsay was very kind and accommodating. I was under a lot of stress with the move as a single Mother and she made it so easy to rent a second unit of the same size and even found me one that was just one row over from my original unit. I have rented from many companies over the years and have found that many of the staff at other rental places are completely the opposite of Lindsay. She has AMAZING customer service skills and that speaks highly to the management of Costa Mesa Self Storage and RV. I feel at home and hope to only rent storage here even after my local move is complete. Thank you Lindsay for your kindness & professionalism!

WOW -- this storage facility is the cleanest one I've seen yet ! Site Manager Linzy is Awesome, took care of everything for me, completely and super fast. This storage unit is close to my home, so super convenient location and easy to get to. Loading area makes it easy to get my stuff unloaded and taken to my unit. They have extra carts you can use by the loading area to take boxes to your unit. Happy to have found Costa Mesa Self Storage. Thank you !

Amazing costumer and over all experience

They are the most reasonable storage space in Costa Mesa. I called several, this was by far and away the best price, especially if it is short-term, less than a month. The girls in the office were extremely helpful and new what they were doing.

Both people who helped me were excellent! The guy noticed I was limping and tried to give me a unit closer to door

Employees are all friendly and prices are fair with great move in specials. The access hours need to be open later. I won't be able to rent my storage again because of this !

I had reserved a storage at a different location. Showed up on move-in date with confirmation in hand only to discover they were closed. I panicked and started calling around to other storages, leaving messages, stressing over the truck load of stuff we had. Lindsey from Costa Mesa Self-Storage called me back within minutes. What a relief to discover they were located a few blocks from the “closed” storage. Lindsey was amazing! The facility was clean, well maintained, affordable, and she clearly explained everything we needed to know. I highly recommend them if you’re in need of storage and avoid the other one a couple blocks away. Thank you again, you guys were there when I was in a tough spot.

This storage facility is one of the cleanest, most professional, most easily accessed storage places I've ever been to! Highly recommended, please call ahead to see availability in prices, ask about deals. Important, ask about the deals going on. Great people and great customer service.

I found the facility to be top notch. The units are all alarmed, it was very clean even inside the unit was clean. Each unit has a light over head and the i believe manager of the facility took extra time with me to explain things answer any questions i had and make sure i new rhe rules. If first impression are as important as people say they are you guys hit it out of the park

The service was great and the front desk people were so kind. Lani helped me with my storage unit and made it such an easy process. She was also so personable and had great interpersonal skills. It’s honestly the little things when it comes to doing mundane things like moving in and out of storage units that makes it a good experience. She even remembered my face when I came back in the front office the other day to pick up a cart key and she gave me a huge wave and smile. Thank you Kim!! Great customer service, & follow up. First experience with storage & it could not have started any better. Moving is tough enough, so, if you are fortunate enough for them to have something open I would suggest giving them your business. Nothing hidden, trucks are available w/o any tricks. As advertised, and that's all people want.

We had to put items in storage for three months. Clean, air conditioned, and very secure.

I was able to look no further because its affordable storage rental, friendly staff and informative. Customer service is five star, when problems occurred for storage inconvenience, the staffs get right to fix it immediately.

Linzy was extremely helpful and helped us pick our space. The paperwork was easy and we received a special on our first month. Would definitely recommend Costa Mesa Self Storage.

Great facility with free e-waste recycling. If you live in Costa Mesa, it's a great place to store your RV and/or boat.
