Facility is clean and well kept, there are security cameras throughout. The storage units are accessible thru a locked gate that you need a passcode to enter. Super easy process, thank you!

I met with Maria who was very nice and professional. Storage facility was well kept up. My only issue was my passcode didn't work on Sunday when we were bringing furniture and there was no one in the office to help us. We were not able to move anything in and now have to wait til next weekend to move our stuff into storage. We had to store our furniture in my uncle's backyard and ash was getting all over my antique sofas from the El Dorado fire.When I met with Maria on monday she apologized for the inconvenience and showed me that it was a computer glitch. She immediately fixed the problem.
I met with Maria and Martin. Two of the nicest people I've met. Courteous and Professional. The facility is very clean and my 10 x 20 unit was clean and ready to go when I arrived. I've had family rent from this facility for years and never complained. Being highly recommended, I know now why. Thank you for everything!

Typical storage service location. Lots of cameras around so it is safe here. They do have a truck you can use to haul your stuff here, but half the time its already being used by someone else. The inside units are hot as heck, and being as there is no shade, even the outside units are blistering hot on a warm day.

Nicole is great and was very helpful. I needed a unit asap and she was able to help me out. The other blonde haired manager (cant remember her but but i remember her attitude) she was alright I was moving my things and it was hot that day 102 degrees moving a 4 bedroom worth of stuff and asked if i could get water . she kindly pointed me to the bathroom where i can get some from the sink 😒but the day before with lovely nicole she gave me and my friend Cold water bottles from the mini fridge . It cost bothing to be a kind human being 😀. Now for pricing the move in special was worth it, at 55 bucks i believe but the monthly is 186 for the particular sized unit isnt. And the access hours are business hourth 7 am -6 pm roughly and no access on holidays, which i would have preferred 24 hours. Also if you have trash too bad, you have to take it with you. They dont allow dumping. But with being short on time to shop around it was a great fit at the moment. 4 stars because I honestly enjoyed the service prior to the incident .

Mentone Self Storage appears to be a clean facility with a helpful staff. My only issue, I would like to see access time lengthened a little... 7am to 7pm would make it possible to get more done during the week, instead of having to access only on weekends.

I needed to store personal things quickly due to a fire in the mountains. My daughter offered to call self storage businesses for me. We had to move my mom's stuff out of her house and store it for a while. Mentone Self Storage met all of our needs. The person who helped us (I can't remember her name!) was very helpful and knew what she was doing. She was very clear about all the details such as billing, etc. Good experience overall!

I've had many storage units over the years, Each time having issues with the units themselves, access to the units, or worst of all the employee's at almost every site lacking any form of decency or decorum. Yet..this storage facility not only has great specials, the perfect unit for my needs, but most importantly their customer care and attention to my needs has been greatly above par. I have had my unit for more then a year, during which, I many times have needed special help such as late access, help understanding how my bill is laid out, (sometimes repetatively), what I am being charged with, and how I can utilize what I already pay for insurance to help save me some money. I, after being helped with every question, (even some I didn't know I had), find that most employees here are helpful and pleasant. However, their is one employee in particular, with whom to be completly and sincerly honest, makes coming in for any reason not only a pleasure and a treat but, Without fail, ALWAYS is more then just the best part of my day; I literally leave better off then when I came in. No matter how bad life is. She is compassionate, professional, patient and encouraging. She knows her stuff and tries to find a way to explain things in a way I can fully understand, all while making me feel like I am important and matter. Without her encouraging words, patient ears, and warming demeanor, I would feel lost and helpless. She is the one who helped me enter into my unit agreement, and steadfastly continues to help, but also is someone I trust without hesitation and has my best interest in mind no matter the reason and no matter what complications she may have. I am proud to support this storage facility, their staff, and most importantly the one woman who keeps it welcoming, warming, and most important of all, SAFE. For that I want to greatly Thank you Nicole.
I was in a hurry to find a place to store my items when I was moving, I Googled this place, the girls Nicole & Mari were very helpful, A+ keeping the place clean, prices are not bad will definitely rent again .

The newest manager is wonderful. She has great customer service and is always attentive. The storages themselves are easy to drive up to so it's really convienant. The prices are great and I couldn't find cheaper. I know, I searched around. I've been there now for almost a year and have no complaints whatsoever. I would absolutely recommend this storage facility to a friend.
