If you buy your own lock make sure the round one. They could use a unit number listing on the ends of the rows so you know which one to take . Huge field next door so I'm hoping not to find mice. So far it's all good and a good price for the space.

well other than not being in the system and my gate code not being recognized and blocking the driveway with me sticking out in the street with 3 sheriffs right there once I got in it was great the office person el is so kind and helpful they are actually really human and I say because where I was before it was rude her and robbie robot no compassion just money hungry rude unfriendly things in the office but the staff at st or america you can't find more kind heart helpful people I'm very very happy I made the move

Channel was excellent she explained and answered all my questions on the phone and in person. I was quoted a certain amount on the phone. When I arrived to sign the contract the prices had gone up. Very satisfied with the customer service given to me by Erin the manager on site at StorAmerica Perris. Friendly and courteous answered any questions succinctly. I've been a storage renter for over 20 years and storage should be a temporary thing and if there for long term protect your items by covering them for the future, ANY drive-up unit is susceptible to the elements, especially dust. Sooooooo protect your items with plastic or whatever and you should not be surprised by the adverse effects of nature. Dirt gets through cracks and seams, it's not the facilities fault it's yours for not protecting your stuff, period!!!! Thanks Erin for your professionalism, I will be a re-renter!!!!
If I didn't need to store my late mother's stuff and alot of things I have collected over the years I wouldn't use this place they keep raising the rent every 6 mos. and I'm on a fixed income. Thinking saleing everything.

Daniela assisted us with our sudden move & made it so much smoother & less chaotic. You can communicate via phone or email which came in handy when I only had internet access & couldn't call. We also were able to reserve there brand new moving truck days prior & that truly made our move effortless. The storage was kept clean & shown to us prior to all paperwork & purchase of lock. The paperwork process was very fast & we really appreciated the move in specials available, this made our decision much easier to make then going with Perris Self Storage (which family & friends have steered us away from due to some bad experiences) Just ask for Daniela, she's the best thanks again.
