Clean facilities, clean location and I appreciate the manager Stacey who has always answered my questions and returned and calls/emails🙏 Cart only available on certain days and times. Suggestion is to have more carts available for use.

For whatever reason I was apprehensive of entering into a service agreement with a business that really makes it easy to not pay attention to an obligation that can easily be forgotten about. Especially with everything that many people are going through in these difficult times. I’ve encountered the manager, Stacy to whom was pleasant and professional. Additionally there was also a very insightful gentleman, to whom I believe was Jason. I left feeling like the customer service was above any I’ve received in many years.

The unit was clean and very spacious! and a great price! They area is well kept and I feel that my things will be secure at storage max. AMAZING STAFF! All around I had a wonderful wonderful!
