Overall the experience was good. The facility is clean and the storage is safe. The reason for my 3 star review is because I called the month prior because I received a notification of a price increase. I called them and told them I would be moving all my stuff out. When the staff asked why I was moving I told her it was because of the price increase I which she said she could talk to the.l supervisor and get back to me in a couple days. They never got back to me and I was charged $200. When I complained about it they said there was nothing that could be done. Just found it unfair since it was my intention to move out to save myself the $200.

Always a great experience. All the staff is very helpful, supportive and friendly. They all want to make your storage needs a great experience. It's a lot of work storing your personal and business items; the staff wants to take as much of the workload off your shoulders.

Great experience and so easy with support from the office. It was quick and fast and couldn’t be more happier.

I've used this company twice to store after the sale of my homes. One of the few places with indoor RV parking size units. 10years ago, the storage was clean, and today they still look new. The price is a little higher, but my belongings are safe, which is what I needed. You won't find a more professional staff; (everyone) is overqualified! Great experience, I highly recommend the Rancho Cucamonga location.

The experience I had was exceptional, I was treated like a VIP and both ladies in the office displayed excellent team work in helping and coordinating my storage unit, the lock I purchased, and the paperwork. I want to add that the facility is exceptionally clean and I feel very safe storing my belongings there.

The leasing agent who assisted me in the rental process was extremely professional, friendly and accommodating! He helped me get best pricing and convenient storage unit that is the perfect size for me 😀 and actually not all storage facilities have as many size options as Rancho RV & SS so I was pleasantly surprised by that. The facility is very clean, quiet and well organized with exceptional customer service agents to help you with any questions you may have! 👍👍

Very nice quiet place clean

Anthony was easy to work with. Looking for a covered RV spot is difficult. We found one online. Not only covered but lower in cost than almost everyone. The spot we wanted got taken. Gave one a bit bigger and they honored the price we were quoted. Clean place and easy to access. Easy to park in and get out of. Nice place to store your trailer/RV

Brenda Bell is the best, and she manages a top-notch, reasonably priced facility. I am moving across country, and she has helped me so much in making my transition and storage set up go smoothly. Brenda responded very quickly to my initial inquiry. This is my first time needing a storage unit, and Brenda provided me with all the information necessary to understand the process. Brenda is an active listener and also very personable. I know I am in good hands.

This is a great facility because it is well maintained. Brenda is a fantastic manager and she is always ready to help customers at a moments notice. If you have an issue or a problem then speak to Brenda and she will help you. I have been with Rancho RV and self storage for 4 years and I never had an issue or problem of any kind. I always made my payments online so that makes it very easy to keep my account up to date even when I was out of town. If I need storage services again, then I would definitely return to store my stuff.
