I stopped by the Office to look at some unit sizes for my son since. I was greeted by a gentleman who introduced himself as Angel. He gave me all the information I was looking for and we went to look at various unit sizes. I let him know I was taking pictures of the units for my son since he doesn't have the time to come and look at sizes right now. Angel informed me that my son would be able to rent the unit online as well. My son ended up renting online, thank you for the amazing customer service.

Its Grate place to store your things I only have a few things that I don't like one I think the rent is to high and im over paying for the unit its definitely not worth that price i pay 223 per month because thares not unuf light to see in the unit whenever I open it and my storage unit door dusent always like to stay open whenever I open it sometimes it duse sometimes it dusent and whenever it dusent i sometimes have to put something underneath the door like a pice of wood so it will stay open but the mane thing im not happy about is what your charging for rent my last unit i stored my stuff at was less then what you guys were charging for rent and it was a clement controled unit as well but i left thare because thay didn't treat me will and i almost got broken in to but oher then that grate place to store your stuff I love your access hours and everyone is very friendly 👍👍👍👍

Friendly staff and they do a pretty good job keeping it clean Only thing I think needs work is the online rental even after you do everything like signing the lease online you still have to go in and do it again in the office it's supposed to be easier to rent that way but it's NOT

Maria was wonderful she was so nice and professional. Made me feel welcomed and comfortable leaving my personal items there at the property. The place was very clean and had a lot of cameras. This is definitely the cleanest storage place I have seen.

This storage facility is the best one that I have ever rented from. I started with one storage unit for years and then stored my whole house while my home was being built in Utah for 8 months. Rubin and Yarlet were the greatest. They were always there if I needed something and were always courteous. This facility was also he cleanest that I have ever rented from. You will not be sorry if you rent from them, whether it is for a few months or for years.

For nearly five years and through different Owners this facility has provided excellent customer service to my organization Taking It To The Streets with Lori and Shira. They had really good customer service. The storage area is well kept. And the security system where each individual unit had there own security alarm. I was impressed.
This is the best place ever for you and your personal stuff.I have been there over a year and more.the people there are great and work with you when u need it.if you need a storage around the riverside area this is the place to be with the best prices.I'm a single mother w 2 kids and with there great prices I'm able to store my most valuable belongings of my family's stuff as well as take more all the time with the amount of space they have.please refer my name if you go and invest in one.they also have a truck for rent to help u move in with a very very low price you won't want to rent a uhaul.

my now fiancé had separate storages at two different storage places in riverside she didn't like the customer service at my previous facility or hers she found Mary storage & with out even consulting or talking about it purchased a unit I was out of state on business anyway she wanted us to have the same facility where are our belongings are stored & I already was adopting happy wife happy life attitude which was the best thing that could ever happen I've rented units since 2000 & I have never received the professionalism & courteous customer service anywhere else also the establishment is well kept & I don't get dust & fibers everywhere when opening my unit also they have climate controlled units which I never have tried but curious to learn about if your looking for storage in riverside there isn't a better place to be
