Rented a storage unit for the second time from this location. It was a great deal. Julie is the manager, she is very helpful. The units are easy to access even though they are inside.

We have storage here nice employees Good customer service the only complaint I have is that when there are big truck going in and out the gate is left open don't feel it's safe for the other customers. Do that needs to be addressed also no parking for other paying customer with all those big trucks taking alot of the parking or blocking the parking.

I was not only impressed with how clean the property and units are kept. I was very impressed with Julie's friendliness and professionalism. I had reserved my storage unit online and I signed with the text option. It turns your typed words into a signature. Julie let me know I needed to resign the forms. I felt bad for the inconvenience and time it took to process each form. Julie was great. It was a quick painless process. I am so glad this is where I ended up renting a storage unit.

StorAmerica Temecula is a great storage place. They have a very good implemented security system. The place is impeccable; very very clean. Prices are reasonable and the free truck service with driver included is absolutely convenient. What I liked the most about this storage place is their first class customer service. Both Julie and Tom are very friendly and helpful. They are awesome people who made my move very smooth and pleasant.

Amazing customer service !!! Better storage space than another I'm renting somewhere else and it's cheaper 😛😊😍 also they have 4hos3 great storage Dolly's that are flat like the ones I use at Costco. The dolly really cuts your moving time down. As soon as I have some down time after this move. I will be getting The rest of my belongings from my other storage to bring to my Unit here at STORAMERICA TEMECULA. MUCH CHEAPER, BIGGER AND VERY NICE HERE 😊😍 MADE MY MOVE LESS A HASSLE

Tom and Julie were helpful in reserving unit. Process was easy. Facility is clean. We used free truck which was also a big savings. No problems.

My husband and I were shopping around for a storage unit as we just moved from NY to California and are in the process of finding a place to call home. We called a few places and StorAmwrica in Temecula was not only the best deal we found by Julie was amazing. She was friendly, professional, informative and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage unit. We had a pleasant experience. The storage units were well kept and we felt safe leaving our personal belongings there. Amazing experience, stored here for 11 or so months and I never had any issues, they guided me through the process and valued my time. The main manager lady is also very knowledgeable and understanding about all things military. Answered all my questions (and I had many) and were never unavailable during their work hours. Litterally nothing negative to say about this place. Prices were good to, I looked around a bit previously. Definitely recommend.

I stored my belongings here during deployment. I had enough room to split it with two other guys. Collectively our bill was 70 a month, between the three of us it was 23 a month, so definitely cost effective. I have only two complaints: The elevator is exceedingly slow, and does not stay open very long which is a problem when the home position is on the second floor. It sounds like a weird thing to complain about, but if you're on the second floor getting in and out of the elevator is a pain because of this. They do have carts that help with getting things to and from storage for anyone to use in the elevator which is nice. The issue is that when you grab a cart, load it, then go back, the elevator has already gone back up, and you now have to wait all over again. Far from a deal breaker, just annoying. Second, the units are way higher than they are wide. This wasn't an issue for me personally but only because my items could stack. Others might have more of an issue.

I visited a few other locations and chose Storage Express for a couple of reasons. #1 The customer service is phenomenal. #2 Its clean as a whistle. #3 The Security is unrivaled. I can rest easy knowing my stuff is here. They werent the cheapest but for their amenities and customer service, its a GREAT value. I visited the cheapest facility and I would never trust my stuff there. Would highly recommend!
