I don't know what to say. The two men at the Sun Lakes location were outstanding. I was in and out with the perfect storage unit, at the most reasonable rate I could find, with a great promotion, easy on my wallet. The follow up and assistance from over a month prior to signing up was unbelievable. The facilities are like new and perfectly clean. Access hours are good too. Everything was exactly what was promised or exceeded my expectations. They even gave me a gate code my aging brain can remember! And my old lock even worked. Like I said it's hard to know what to say when it my whole experience was perfection.

The young man who helped me was very good and took his time. I received true customer service. Wich we all know is truly lacking these days

Very nice folks, on the phone and in person. I signed up for a unit online and someone called back promptly. I told the I would be in later that day. I wasn't able to get there. The next day they called back, very polite, and asked if I still needed the unit. I said yes, that I would be there the next day. I wasn't able to make it. They followed up again, this time with an email, still polite. Lots of businesses give up on a customer and stop being nice if they don't buy something or sign something right away, they didn't do that. A week later I called and asked for a bigger unit, they were still polite and when I finally showed up they were polite in person. What more can you ask? Facility is clean, and in good repair. Highly recommend.

Property manager has excellent people skills and is very professional. The location is easy to access and very well kept. We looked at other locations first which didn’t provide any customer service. I’m glad we had to drive across the road to meet the StorAmerica team!!

It isn't often that l want to write a review but today is one of those days where sharing 5 stars is worth it. I feel so lucky to have a stumbled across StorAmerica in Sun Lakes. Tanisha was always pleasant to deal with. ... and she truly tried to accommodate without breaking the rules. If l need another unit this is the zcr .go back too. Thank you for a great experience!

Clean, inexpensive (and conveniently close to home). Professional service (nice work Sergio) and new truck was a plus. Unfortunately, no hand cart or furniture blankets, which may have bothered some folks. I’d also suggest more carts at the facility — I was glad we were the only ones moving that day. All in all, highly recommend this location

The new assistant manager will make an excellent addition to your team and with the existing manager the two ladies really care about your needs and go out of there way to get it done !

We are just moving into the area, and Tanisha was very helpful in serving our needs. We had a small sports car to store for a period, and about 50 cubic feet of possessions to store in secure accommodations. She worked hard to find the best combination to meet our needs.

I felt my business was appreciated and the young lady at desk was very knowledgeable and helpful!

It was very easy to complete the rental with Alex. He was friendly and helpful, and found a unit the size we needed very close to a side entrance which was appreciated. He also honored the online rate and first month free with just admin fee and insurance, as advertised. It would have also been helpful to have the drive pattern for entering/exiting and the keypad post locations pointed out prior to going into the gated area to unload. I think this was probably overlooked becaue my son and his friend were waiting by the gate with the truck while Alex was still going over the contract with me and that was a distraction. I would definitely recommend this location!

Stopped by and inquired about long term RV storage. This facility is brand new with lots of security and cameras. Alex was great at explaining the various options and prices available. He followed up with a phone call the next day and I also had a follow up call from the manager Tanisha. The following week I went back and rented a space. Alex and Pam in the office were excellent at explaining the process and getting the account opened. Their introductory prices are great with several options for payment. Overall I’m very happy with this facility and the three staff I dealt with.
