I made reservations online and received a call a few days later from Lorna. The most pleasant call one could receive. When I went to pay it got even better. This place hands down is the best. Universal cares about people and their needs. I appreciate Lorna for loving her job.

Eleanor was amazing.. we were on stand by desperately needing a storage unit as soon as one was available she contacted us immediately. She was very kind and helpful. The office was clean Eleanor and her co worker were very friendly. The storage itself was clean and the premises was very secure. They have a waiting list but if your looking for a good storage spot it’s worth the wait.

I would recommend Fontana universal self storage to anyone looking for a unit , the customer service there was amazing ellinor is the lady that got us in there and all taken care of she was very informative and she’s the reason we ended up renting our unit there she went above and beyond for us she was awesome.

Great storage facility. They seem secure. They do have a wait list right now, which is awesome, that means their business is thriving. They also have some packaging supplies in their office for sale that are helpful for packaging specific things. Everyone that works there is very nice

The staff was super kind and informative. Eleanor's customers service was top notch and kept me in the loop on the 10x10 I desperately needed that I was on the waiting list for. She updated me almost every other day on the availability and Helped me every step of the way. Facility is very clean as well as the inside of the units with easy drive up access. I’ve only been renting for a month or so but I feel very safe and confident my stuff will be taken care of if anything happens. Moving or downsizing it’s always a hassle but I walked in and right away they gave me a tour and I was convinced it was the best spot to store my stuff. Short term or long term they will accommodate you. Staff of great and super friendly.

They are very accommodating I am able to use a rental truck free with move In and carts to move items from one storage to another. Very clean environment. They keep up on rodent and small bug extermination.

Today I walked into the storage to close out a unit/ account my daughter opened for a fewer than a year we stored a few items. Today was my first visit however. . I spoke with Eleanor and she was super fantastic. She was just pleasant and helpful. Moreover, she was fast! I was checked out in 2.2 seconds literally, and the place was SUPER CLEAN, NO RODENTS, CREEPY BUGS ect, my unit was super clean according to my daughter when she moved into it, and of course it should be left that way when you leave or Eleanor may not be so nice to you...LOL Anyway this is one of the best storage facilities I have ever dealt with. I would give them 10 stars if possible. Have no fear store here. Honest review by Linae A. Jackson.

Anyone out there shopping around for a storage unit, look no further. This facility is the cleanest, most secure storage facilities Out there. The whole staff is helpful, and Courteous. They actually take the time, to listen to your storage needs, and make you feel Comfortable. Eleanor is always so pleasant, and you could tell she loves her job.
